They spent over an hour with me personally when I was looking at Swarovski jewelry, and then Pandora jewelry. They are even pleasant when you don't buy anything. They have a great variety of many different items to choose from. I would recommend them to everyone to go and experience the atmosphere of this store.”

“This is a large crystal store with a wide range of crystals of all shapes and sizes.
There is a huge one-ton rose quartz as you enter that is really eye-catching and unique.
The ladies working inside were knowledgable and friendly and offered me help on pairing crystals and also finding the specific ones I was interested in.”

“It's Christmas Eve and my sister-in-law, who loves Christmas more than anyone I know, is very sick and unable to be around family for the holiday. While I had already sent gifts ahead of today, I wanted to send her a little something to cheer her up: enter Sophie's. I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me. I really appreciated the transparency and the super quick call. Barely an hour later, I got a text from my brother that the flowers and candle box had already arrived. How is that for amazing customer service?? Shortly after I received a text from my sister-in-law with this pic. Isn't it so cute?! “A sweet, little souvenir shop which sell Chatanooga choo choo related merchandise from postcards to T-shirts.
The inside is a lot bigger than expected and has an assortment of other knick-knacks and snacks (Moon Pie etc).
Historical merchandise is also available like books on Chatanooga or wars as well as items such as old confederacy moneys.
Worth a quick visit if you’re in the area and have visited the Chatanooga Choo Choo.”
“They had an excellent selection of new merchandise, seasonal merchandise, and regular merchandise. However, many of the items were only available in a couple of sizes. Staff was not rude, but they did not speak to us while in the store. Pricing could have been better and they did not have any sales over Labor Day weekend when most places were running sales.”
“I got some canvas bags embroidered for one of my friends Bach trip and I am so happy with how they turned out! The staff was very kind and helpful! They let me take my time with picking out the font and the colors. Will definitely work with them again in the future! The turnaround time was good as well. I dropped the bags on a Monday and received a text they were ready for pick up on Friday.”
