Lori and the other staff were great at communicating with my husband and I keeping us posted and updated on any changes or on when and what time our jewelry would be ready. This one was the best experience BY FAR. There literally wasn’t a close second. What I enjoyed most about this store was the store manager Felicia. She not only went above and beyond with her customer service, but she also knew exactly what type of ring I was looking for after I gave her details. Their inventory isn’t the biggest but they had the exact type of ring I was looking for and I’m still ecstatic about the ring a month later. I’m serious go talk to Felicia if you’re looking to purchase an engagement ring even if they don’t have the exact ring for you, I know without a doubt Felicia will steer you in the right direction. Walking into this store was like night and day compared to other Zales and jewelry stores around the city. I cannot recommend this store and their employees enough.”

The inside is a lot bigger than expected and has an assortment of other knick-knacks and snacks (Moon Pie etc).
Historical merchandise is also available like books on Chatanooga or wars as well as items such as old confederacy moneys.
Worth a quick visit if you’re in the area and have visited the Chatanooga Choo Choo.”
