Appalachian Animal Clinic
2160 Spring Place Rd SE, ClevelandAppalachian animal clinic saved my cat Cali’s life! I had brought her to another vet for grooming and flea/tick care. Well, when I went to pick her up, she was drooling and her gate was wobbly and her left eye was hurt. She wouldn’t eat for two days and her legs were starting to draw up. So a friend of mine told me about Appalachian animal clinic so immediately I called them, they were about to close, but I told them the situation with my cat and they told me to bring her in even though they were about to close. They checked her out and took care of her and got her better. They gave her saline injection and some meds to help her. They were very caring and compassionate, and didn’t brush us away like the other veterinarian clinic did. If it wasn’t for them, my cat would have died. I am so grateful for them and I recommend them to everyone! I also bring my dog there and my dog loves it! I strongly recommend Appalachian animal clinic!!

2845 Westside Drive Northwest, ClevelandFirst of all, I’d like to say, Dr Lane and his staff are wonderful! It has taken time for me to be able to write this review due to our grieving of our 9 years old Morkie “Alfie”. We found out that he had a very advanced aggressive form of Mast Cell cancer. Dr. Lane did the best he could to treat our sweet dog. In spite of his efforts, we had to make the difficult decision to have Alfie euthanized. It was one of the hardest decisions that we’ve ever had to make. We woke up one morning and Alfie had greatly declined overnight. The next day, which was Monday, we called the office and they worked us into their schedule. When we arrived they didn’t makes us wait. They took us into a quiet room and let us stay and comfort Alfie while they were preparing. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Lane was very gentle with Alfie… petting him and talking to him in a very soft comforting voice. The procedure was very peaceful and Dr.Lane said a prayer with us afterwards. He made a difficult situation easier for us with his wonderful bedside manner. We greatly appreciated it.

He was able to diagnose the problem and recommend treatment. Great facility and equipment that is needed in able to treat your horse!

He also is not going to sugar coat or mince words he will tell you straight and let you decide. For all those who are looking to pay 3x as much for the exact same thing but the vet gives your animal treats and pretends they love them you should go elsewhere. People complain about how he handles the animals but other vets do the same things they just take the animal to another room so you don’t see it and charge you a premium. In the end do your research and ask around so you can make an informed decision and get what your looking for, but don’t go on social media and trash a man for doing his job just because he doesn’t do it like you have dreamed up in your mind.

Community Animal Hospital
2845 Westside Drive Northwest, ClevelandThe kindest, mist caring vet service I’ve ever been to. They accepted us on a Saturday when my dog was very sick. We drive an hour to get to them and chose to make them our forever vet. My dog was comfortable with them which was rare. They were so loving to him.
They tried very hard to save my dog and gave us hope while also telling us the truth of what was to come. We got more time with our fur baby because of them. When it was time to say goodbye, they handled it with so much love, care, and respect. The vet even prayed with us which I was so thankful for.
I highly recommend them. They are a wonderful group of people. They also know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable about our fur babies too. Please give them a chance cause you won’t regret it.

This place would be worth driving all the way back to Tennessee just for the treats, it was SO GOOD! I got the brookie cheesecake and my boyfriend got the strawberry shortcake cheesecake. We were both blown away. The girls working there were really sweet too!
