Appalachian Animal Clinic
2160 Spring Place Rd SE, ClevelandAppalachian animal clinic saved my cat Cali’s life! I had brought her to another vet for grooming and flea/tick care. Well, when I went to pick her up, she was drooling and her gate was wobbly and her left eye was hurt. She wouldn’t eat for two days and her legs were starting to draw up. So a friend of mine told me about Appalachian animal clinic so immediately I called them, they were about to close, but I told them the situation with my cat and they told me to bring her in even though they were about to close. They checked her out and took care of her and got her better. They gave her saline injection and some meds to help her. They were very caring and compassionate, and didn’t brush us away like the other veterinarian clinic did. If it wasn’t for them, my cat would have died. I am so grateful for them and I recommend them to everyone! I also bring my dog there and my dog loves it! I strongly recommend Appalachian animal clinic!!

2845 Westside Dr NW, ClevelandDr. Lane and his staff are very kind and compassionate. They genuinely care about your furbaby. My vet didnt take walk ins on saturday and this hospital did. He explains things to where you can understand. My baby was put to sleep 19 days after he diagnosed him with cancer. The experience was pleasant even though it was sad. I will be taking my other dog there from now on even though it's a little ways away.

The concern expressed by Dr. Lee Bancroft, after a less than satisfactory experience, demonstrates his dedication to the families that he serves. Impressed because of the persistence in determination to reach out to our family to make sure that Josie was getting better and to apologize. Appreciative because he didn’t have to care or reach out at all, but he does care and did reach out to us. Relieved because, as stated in the original post, BVH has always taken good care of Josie, and I did not want to try to find a new vet, when after several hours of research, my first choice had been BVH initially. Thank you, Dr. Bancroft. You are genuine in the work you do and that is not a skill you learn, that is a character you build through positive actions throughout life. We are thankful for BVH and look forward to seeing you at our next visit.

This place would be worth driving all the way back to Tennessee just for the treats, it was SO GOOD! I got the brookie cheesecake and my boyfriend got the strawberry shortcake cheesecake. We were both blown away. The girls working there were really sweet too!

Beautifully set tables, a warm old world feel with Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, and others singing the classics. Just a fantastic vibe. We were warmly greeted by Annie a very knowledgeable and capable young lady. We started with her suggestions and were not disappointed in the least. The Fritto misto was an exceptional mix of calamari, shrimp, and salmon bites with 2 house made dipping sauces. Very lightly coated and fried to perfection. The made in house garlic infused olive oil and focaccia bread was a tasty treat. Ravioli with a delightful addition of meatballs was wonderful and the chef special this night was a red fish filet served on toasted polenta with asparagus. Seared and seasoned to perfection. The dessert menu sounded delectable, but we were to full to give it a go. Don't miss Cafe Roma! In business over 20 years we will be back again and again.
