“They have a great selection of high quality products. Very nice people that work at this location. We are looking to buy a grill and we will for sure use them. They were able to tell us about all the functions and differences in what we were looking at. We also are going to get new fireplace logs and they have them there as well. Everyone we talked with was very nice and even gave us some spice packets to try out on our smoker we have. Highly recommend!”

“My recent visit to T.J. Maxx in Chattanooga was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific item I was looking for, and I noticed they had a limited selection of dog treats compared to Home Goods and Marshall's. If you have specific pet needs, you might have better luck at the other stores in the same family. However, T.J. Maxx is still worth exploring for its diverse range of other products.”

“I've always been a fan of Ross. Great place to find many eclectic items. Love some of the food options they carry. Bags of Turmeric, matcha green tea, different salts & more. They often have cool dinnerware and make up as well as cremes & lotions as well. The ladies at the registers are always quick & polite too. The store is usually generally clean but have noticed an uptick of some customers that are making crazy messes. That's awful for the employees.”

“Love this place. The people are super friendly and accepting. My boyfriend and I got some hats there and got to talking to them and the place is super inclusive now and they’ve even hired a quite a few lgbtqia+ members. They did a great job designing our hats and they got it done very quickly. Just from our experience their I think people can be a little unrealistic in their expectations from the staff and forget these are just regular retail workers and not skilled artisans. They are skilled and talented for sure, but again, it’s a hat store and most of these people didn’t take this minimum wage job expecting to learn a complex job and machine like that.”

“Typical Walmart store. This one was located across the street from our hotel. We stopped here to find some shorts or some clearance swimsuits since we wanted to get in the hotel pool. Well, shorts it was. The store was very well stocked! If they sold it, it was there because they didn't have any gaps on their shelves. This is different in this time.”

“I was in a crunch trying to get a back to school cut for my daughter. They answered the phone when we were in the parking lot and said they said they could get her in without a wait right then. Jennifer brought us straight back and took care of us in an efficient manner. She listen to what I wanted as a parent while including my daughter in the conversation. “The Ooltewah Walmart is the cleanest and friendliest Walmart in my 43 years of multistate Walmart experience. The Auto Center has no mechanics so don't look for preventive advice or maintenance. They sold us tires on a car with an obviously broken strut, but their tire prices and oil changes are priced competitively. Early morning arrivals have shorter waits. The garden center is managed like an after thought, but usually has the basics. The rest of the store is hard to beat, period. It is always well stocked and offers plenty of friendly help.”

“It's a very rare thing that wally world gets 5 stars from this man. A young gentleman helped me with mixing paint just 20 minutes before closing. I did not know that the paint area was not staffed after 8pm. Nonetheless, he jumped in and gave me the customer experience that Walmart once was known for. I wish I had his name. Rest assured I'll be calling the Chattanooga Walmart tomorrow for the general manager to thank him and ask that the employee be recognized.”
