Took time to explain the process and the need to recalibrate certain sensors per manufacturer's recommended best practices. The interface between my insurance company and Caliber was seamless, timely, and provided answers to all my questions. The repair was promised in 4 to 5 days and Caliber completed the repair in only 2 days. I appreciate the level of professionalism, service, and expertise I received on this repair. I also added on paint-less dent repair of a divot in another panel at the same time as the insurance repair. My out-of-pocket expense for this repair was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with this repair, as well. Console was disassembled to retrieve my driver's license, and carefully reassembled. The labor charge was very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.”
