“Driver's license slid underneath climate control panel and gear shift console. Stopped by Joe Stewart Collision in Collierville on a recommendation from Bluff City Land Rover. Console was disassembled to retrieve my driver's license, and carefully reassembled. The labor charge was very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional.”

“i wrote a review on google when i first bought my vehicle i had preordered. ton of things were messed up with it and it took a while before anyone at the dealership to listen. after i finally made a review and filed a complaint with BBB i got a response and was able to get my vehicle in and fixed as best they could. i would still not recommend buying a vehicle from there especially if you preorder unless you state you want the stuff fixed before you sign the paperwork if you were to have issues. but i would highly recommend their service department and especially the service advisor matt tullos and the service manager tony roberson for helping me out on getting everything fixed and answering any and all questions i had. the 4 stars are for the service department.”
“Outstanding service from beginning to end. Excellent repair of some deep scratches which required repainting my Honda Ridgeline Rear Right Bed Panel. Took time to explain the process and the need to recalibrate certain sensors per manufacturer's recommended best practices. The interface between my insurance company and Caliber was seamless, timely, and provided answers to all my questions. The repair was promised in 4 to 5 days and Caliber completed the repair in only 2 days. I appreciate the level of professionalism, service, and expertise I received on this repair. I also added on paint-less dent repair of a divot in another panel at the same time as the insurance repair. My out-of-pocket expense for this repair was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with this repair, as well. Of particular note, text communication was outstanding and job progress was communicated throughout the process. Great job!”

I have needed to go to them as they had specific parts I required same day. I've got to say the staff are super friendly and helpful. “This particular NAPA provides good customer service. To wit: I telephoned their shop, an employee immediately answered the phone, I asked if they had what I needed in stock, then they checked their shelves, and thereby verified the item. I then drove to their store, parked in the ample parking lot, entered the building, selected and paid for what I needed. It's too bad that such basics aren't de rigueur at all businesses. I'm not that terribly difficult to please. I just want to be treated like a valued customer, is all.”
