“I’m a local pet sitter and single mom to a college baseball pitcher that eats TONS and often needs to fuel up between practice and school and between games out of town…easy to throw in the hotel microwaves and go…lifesaver to keep in the yeti these sausage biscuits are AMAZING and easy to carry to petsittings when I’m there for days on end. Super easy and SO GOOD! Call me strange but I add a slice of cheese and mustard to mine. Chefs kiss! Wish they would sponsor my sons breakfast during ball season whew he eats a lot! And would be great advertising lol send those boys some biscuits and you will have orders galore. College boys living alone in houses by the field. Meals would be a hit! I would recommend these to anyone! Love y’all’s biscuits and I can’t wait to try some of your other things! Taste so fresh and homemade! Buttery soft goodness! Go off mamas yall are amazing!”

“Ordered online, delivered within 2 hours, which was amazing. The only problem is that I didn't have the option to swap the unavailable items for something similar, rather than identical. While I appreciate the effort in wanting to get me exactly what I asked for. I just didn't need the exact brand/type of bread yeast/sugar or flour, in my shopping cart. And Since those exact items weren't available, I was refunded (thank you) I went to the same Kroger to get the item on the shelf below. First world problems. Speedy, and efficient service. Thank you.”
“I went to Walmart today. Lately, I’ve been going there pretty often because their meat quality has been so good. I also love that you can buy frozen shrimp in all different sizes. Shopping there is always fun! Plus, the prices for the same items are a bit cheaper than at other grocery stores, so I find myself dropping by frequently these days. Today, I picked up a bunch of different things. I bought various kinds of cereal for my college daughter to take to her school apartment, along with some snacks and cookies, and then headed home.”
“I would have to say this is one of the top Krogers in the whole grocery chain every single person management including Yolanda all work together as a team the store is exceptionally clean everyone is so nice has the most amazing customer service it feels like a family in there I would say collierville is extremely blessed to have Kroger there I know me and my family are extremely grateful”

“We transferred perscriptions for our four person family. The staff at our Byhalia Kroger Pharmacy has been honest, cooperative and willing to explain insurance, prescriber, and other issues we have had. Our location has a large inventory of drugs and has a much better delivery involving securing out of stock drugs than CVS.”
“Well a couple of weeks ago I had a great experience in Kroger on Houston Levee, so my sister and I decided to get there about 8 am and check shopping off our list. We have family visiting and we needed a few items.
Well, I remembered the young lady in the deli on my last visit and she was Sooooo helpful and kind.
She had a great attitude, so I stopped in the deli after picking up some fruit. Well she wasn’t there, but another lady was already there busy slicing meat. I waited patiently, but after a while, I realized maybe she didn’t see me. Then I saw the young lady who waited on me before, but she was going to the back. So I continued to wait for the lady who was still slicing meat.
My sister came along and I said maybe they’re not open yet. So, she asked the lady if they were open.
The lady replied, “8:00”.
It was 8:15.
So, I just figured she was busy because she never asked us if we wanted anything.
We decided to skip my favorite Honey Maple Turkey Breast. I really wanted my family to taste it because I’m always raving about how delicious it tastes.
Oh well. Sometimes Life gives You Lemons!”
