“Dropped by here on the final stop of my tour of Tennessee for a little browse and what a store this is! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. In particular I spoke with a gentleman who gave me some interesting history about the store and also ended up talking a bit of premier league football/soccer with me which was a wonderful surprise.
On the way out the store I asked about feathers for the hat I was wearing and was presented with a lovely turkey feather. What a memory this is and I will absolutely be returning at some point before Christmas.”

“Today's Valentine's Day and when I say we felt the love walking into this store. We were greeted by Latonya Moore and Des Woods, they were both very professional, funny, nice, engaging with us, asking all the questions like we were family. My son won the raffle for the Jordan 6s (so Happy Vday from me to him) and this is actually my 2nd time coming into this store but these two ladies working I know Ill be shopping more from this location. Wasn't busy at all, we were in and out! They made sure to let me know not to keep the survey on the kiosk and how important it is for each customer to participate. I always skip them but today I wanted to go the Extra Mile and make sure we shouted them out, thank you both again Des and Latonya!!”

“Outstanding experience! We were helped by Morgan, who was great to work with and very knowledgeable about shoe options. This was meaningful to us because our son was over pronating. Campbell Clinic felt it was normal and didn’t really indicate anything we could do. Morgan helped get our son into a Brooks and a New Balance option where we immediately saw improvement in how our son walked. We are incredibly grateful and look forward to returning as we refresh our shoes from now on at Fleet Feet. 🙏🏼”
