She has a lot of all natural items for Otis which is very important to us as Otis only eats an all raw diet..The prices are very reasonable and she has a nice collection of clothing like tshirts for humans, very nice bowties, and scarves for your fur babies. We saw some cute glass cups with the store logo and dogs on them. Hats, bags, treats and of course donuts which is homemade and Otis loves them. They r even doing donations for the young lady Stephanie at Copeland Vet who has been diagnosed with cancer. We love how nice the owner is and love her little bakery.. Otis says it's the best pet store in Cookeville Tennessee. Check them out.

He starts sun downing from 8-10pm, and we've been trying to find something to help calm him down and keep him from getting up and getting lost behind furniture or a curtain. The wonderful employees we're very knowledgeable and helpful and sympathetic. And we were able to find something that helps him just right. He's able to sleep through the night and helps calm his anxiety & wondering. A+++

The technicians are all so sweet and Cynthia is so helpful. They go above and beyond and even gave Cooper his meds and took him to the Vet when he had a problem. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

821 E 10th St, CookevilleTook my 1 yr old puppy in with his face swollen, they weren't able to find the cause but they held him for the day while I went to work and my dog loved being there with them so much that he didn't want to leave. Very different reaction than when he has went to the normal vets office. All the employees said they loved having him there and I couldn't be more grateful. They did treat him ofc and he's a lot better now. Thank you guys! Photos are before and after the visit.

The grocery store has a lot of healthy options. The service is excellent even when they are super busy. They go the extra mile with their self serve free water station and providing toys for the kids in the dining area and many other little things that add up and make it one of my favorite places.

I want to highlight the decor first: The exterior is exquisitely crafted rustic looking hand carved wood with large picture windows that frame the gorgeous chandeliers, velvet upholstery and marble table tops. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the coffee and could speak to the history of the business and the trends in coffee purchases. She was the only barista and was very busy but still very sweet and engaging with each customer. The coffee choices were phenomenal! Very creative concoctions that I hadn’t seen before. We got a latte with bourbon and an iced coffee with cinnamon chips as well as an expertly crafted pour over. They pastries were top notch as well offering scrumptious scones and decadent cookies loaded to the max with gooey chocolate and topped with Himalayan salt. If we ever drive through this town again we WILL be back! If I could give it 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. Thank you Vertical!

It came with a dill spear and lovely little sugar cookie. Everything was great. I went at lunch time so the dining room was pretty busy. I barely say down, when someone brought my order to my table. There is only one restroom for women and one for men, so there was a line. The restroom was clean. Soap and towels were well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. I really like that they have several variations of chicken salad, and the bread options. I'll definitely be back. Good stuff!

230 E Broad St, CookevilleThis charming local cafe has a pleasant ambiance and local character. Every time we drive through Cookeville we stop here for a cookie and coffee.
My wife had a lavender iced coffee that she found refreshing and delicious with a subtle sweetness which stood in contradistinction to the more cloying options from other cafes. I had a great redeye and the kids each had a lovely chocolate chip cookie that appeared to have brown sugar in it. And it was at least 2/3 the price of other chain coffee shops!
This shop is located right in the center of the historic downtown so you can easily Park have a coffee and walk to some of the fun places nearby like the library and the splash pad.
It's well worth the visit.

I ordered the Chimichanga Lunch Special & The burrito, taco, beans & rice combo as well. Both of these dishes had great flavor and were cooked to perfection. The unlimited chips and salsa tasted phenomenal too. Fantastic food.
I was also given some of the best customer service by my server. Denzell is the best server I’ve ever had a restaurant. He did a great job at refilling my chips, and my food came out at the right time. He’s great at making you feel like you’re at home and he’s easy to talk to. Fantastic service from Denzell.
The atmosphere is phenomenal too. They play a lot of Mexican music that makes this restaurant feel like you’re visiting another country.
