“We recently bought a Hunter 6-bladed fan (64" blade span) to replace a fan on our covered back porch. I had a licensed electrician perform the installation, which was solid. My first problem was the lack of air movement, even at high speed. My first thought was that the blade pitch was insufficient or maybe the enclosed mounting pipe might have been too short. Using their website, I contacted Hunter Customer Service using the e-mail capability. At first, I wanted my money back for the fan and the cost of installation. I would have been satisfied with a pipe extension or shims to change the blade pitch. First, they denied even making the fan, when I sent a picture of the label on the box, they started a dialog with me. I explained the problem, and the Customer Service person concentrated on room size, requesting room dimensions, 12'x40'x8'. To prove the size of the room, which I have attached, the view of the backyard was meaningless to CS personnel. They responded with a flyer comparing room size with blade size. Considering one "wall" of the room is my 16'x32' pool with a screen room and the backyard. I felt more frustrated.In any event, Hunter Fan Customer Service stopped communicating with me, saying they turning the problem over to another department. So far, Hunter Fan Company has stopped all communications.My recommendation for ceiling fans, be sure to avoid the Hunter label. This company is not the Hunter Fans of old. They do not produce a quality product anymore. They have devolved into a scam operation.”

“I came into Memphis Furniture looking for a king size mattress set. I hated the mattress that I had at home. I explained to Shelly why I hated my old mattress and that it sunk in no matter where you were at on the bed. She knew exactly what I was talking about. I appreciate her honesty and openness when helping me find a mattress. I went to a few other furniture stores and I knew instantly that I would be coming back to her. She recommended the same mattress that she uses and let me tell you...I don't have to fight to get out of a sunken bed anymore! Her customer service skills are excellent.I cannot leave out Derek of the review. He personally delivered my mattress set the same night, after finding out the delivery crew was getting off work. I was skeptical at first because the mattress came in a box. I had never seen that before, but I told him that I'd trust the process. The set up was simple and finished in a timely manner. He was courteous and even broke down the box for me to recycle.Overall, I had a great experience with Memphis Furniture and an even better night's rest on my new Ashley king size mattress!”

They very quickly had someone out to look at it and didn’t hesitate to replace the unit when parts couldn’t be ordered for our old dishwasher . They were fair in the replacement value and by taking the Lowe’s gift card payout option we were able to get a nice upgraded machine with even better features than what we were looking for because Lowe’s was having a huge appliance sale. “I came into their store to inquire about a new washing machine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and given attention. I was shown various models and given multiple options. I expressed my concerns and budget. The lady, Mrs. Amy was very nice and came up with options to meet my budget but also offered a suggestion. She explained the differences in the different models and the value in spending a bit more. She was super helpful and helped me to choose an excellent machine. I spent quite a bit more than my budget but didn't feel up-sold at all. I feel like I made an informed decision and do not regret it all. “Five start review for Riley in electronics! I gave my sister (who is NOT tech savvy) a jitterbug phone for Christmas and she could never get it to work properly. I finally convinced her to take it back to Best Buy and ask them to help. Today she finally did and Riley called me (in Nashville) to get some information about the purchase of the phone, etc. He was very patient, kind and a great problem solver. After a few phone calls and discussions, he discovered the problem with the phone (sister has accidentally turned it on airplane mode!) and he fixed it quickly and easily with good humor. “Back in 2020, I had a bathroom remodeled. We purchased most fixtures and hardware from Ferguson Bath, Kitchens, and Lighting. Fast forward to 2023 for an issue with the Signature Hardware tub drain stopper. The part has a lifetime warranty, but I could not find all the information needed to replace the item. However, Rayeshaun at FBK&L was ready and willing to help find everything needed and even contacted Signature Hardware for the replacement part!
