Rented a fridge and waited several days for them to get it in stock and the day of delivery they try to get the next payment up front or they can't deliver. I have the money now but just because of principles I will be canceling and going to Rent a center

I had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE at this location with Kelly who is an assistant manager. I am completely disgusted. I would love for a member of higher management to contact me asap!!!
