“Great service and store is always organized well. The checkout lines are prompt and usually most items are in stock. Getting in and out of the parking lot is busy but it usually clears out with no issue. The garden center outside is a great addition and is a section to visit if you need something other stores might not have. Check out their flock of birds when they come in and you will score a deal. Skip the delivery process for now if you order online until things improve as I have had issues with same/next day delivery. In store pickup is the better option. In person and loading up a cart is a breeze.”
“Pretty good quality and quantity of plants and accessories. Only issue is that the checkout lines are so slow. Sometimes it's because of staffing. Sometimes because since a lot of items have to be looked up it takes longer. When buying stones or other items with a sticker I take a picture of the label on the shelf. Maybe Lowe's can think outside the box and have a camera that can quickly identify those items. I do see people leave a lot because they don't want to wait.”

“Ron, the store manager is amazing! I had a mishap with a grill delivery last Friday. Ron, not only fixed my problem, but he accepted ownership of the problem with a friendly and professional disposition, and took the time to deliver the correct grill himself. I really appreciated this as I own a home in Memphis, but I don't live there. He was a total lifesaver, and I was extremely grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond! He is a true gem and an asset to this store!”
“This was a friday morning and we had a winter storm coming in later on that knight, so I went to my local home depot, rent a generator, and luckily there was one left, but as soon as I attempted to make the purchase someone had reserved and paid on line while my cashier was in the process of inputting my information, I was so hurt ,because it was the only 6500watts left. The cashier name is tonesha and when I say this young lady was so professional, she took the time to call every home depot in memphis and Mississippi to help me out, although her hard work went in vain ,I still left there feeling like there's good people still left in this crazy world who love there job and love people, especially in memphis, tn tonesha please know I truly appreciate all your efforts ? and I am truly Grateful for what you attempted to do. It made me feel like a valued customer. They dont make them like her no more. If you ever need a tool rental please go see her ,she is a professional with great customer service.”

Yesterday 4/1/24 I came to the Home Depot to pay a bil and on my way out I saw a very good Palm plant.
I paid for the plant and without knowing left my wallet in the basket. Left and forgot all about it.
Today, I returned when I couldn't see my wallet. Thank God I found it all in tact.

“We traveled 30 miles to Collierville Lowes because it said online they had the rug shampooer we wanted. I didn't get his name but an employee took us from the garden area looking for it. There was one on the top shelf and he got a ladder to get it down for us. We were greeted by many employees and were so impressed with the entire staff.”

“Haven't shopped at this location in a while. Today I went to have some wood cut and no one was around the area. I called the store from my cell to request assistance, and to my surprise the young lady called for assistance over the PA system and Kevin Rod came with quick response. He was patient and was very precise with my needs. I love great customer service and companies that hire people who truly value their customers. I'll be back tomorrow for more items to finish up my DIY birds gym and more for my garden.”
“Shopping Sunday late afternoon, first time in Store. Found Nate to be a great help walking me to both items I needed. Then getting help from another employee on a question he was not sure of in the paint department.
Check out was by self checkout...a little crowded but employee greeted all.”
