“Greeted coming in the door, nice. Tractor parts a plenty. Three years ago the deck belts were very mixed up, my OCD kicked in and I arranged them all in the correct bins. I had the time and it calmed the brain. This year getting a belt for the deck was sooo easy. Looks like someone else had OCD and arranged all the belts correctly. Quick service to pay at the front counter. I did straighten the floor mats on the way out.?”

“Had to speak with a manager today because the ladies at CS didn’t want to give me store credit to a $200 item I paid cash for and lost the receipt but I just wanted store credit but they still wouldn’t do it. “It's my main home improvement center. It's overall good but occasionally, you get an employee that is not great... lot's of attitude, usually young employees. Many however are nice. Managers are on top of issues.”
“I found all the things I needed. My only complaint is that it would be nice if they could sweep the entrance to the store and clear the debris in the parking lot. It creates a negative impression with me at least to have screws, pieces of wood and trash like empty soda cans in the parking lot.”
“So why five stars? Well...because I'm going to compare them to other Home Depot locations around town. This location, Collierville, is spot on. Spot on with having product in stock. Spot with cleanliness. Spot on with organization. Spot on with the employees giving a flip about the customers. From standard fare customers to contractors. I can't say how much I like this location. I drive out of my way to come here rather than even darken the door of the location in Wolfchase/Bartlett. Kudos to management in having a staff that seems to want to come to work!”

“Pretty good quality and quantity of plants and accessories. Only issue is that the checkout lines are so slow. Sometimes it's because of staffing. Sometimes because since a lot of items have to be looked up it takes longer. When buying stones or other items with a sticker I take a picture of the label on the shelf. Maybe Lowe's can think outside the box and have a camera that can quickly identify those items. I do see people leave a lot because they don't want to wait.”
“We really have to thank these guys for getting us the best deal on a washer and dryer. Their service was simply amazing. They sat with us for 45 minutes and found us a set that fit our needs and could be delivered fast. I don't think i can mention names on here, but the designer in the kitchen department (there's only one i think) was so helpful. Thank you!”
