“I’ve had to make service requests several times (a few a year probably…. Sometimes more) and each and every time every, no matter the issue, they always come through amazingly. I tell anyone I know if they own their own home, you HAVE TO get American home shield. They contact you back within hours after you make a claim, and within a day your stuff is fixed. Over the 13 years we’ve lived in this same house, they’ve completely replaced a stove, fridge, hot water heater, dish washer, sump pump, the list goes on and on. (I only paid the 125 dollar fee for them to come out because they either fix it or replace it. No matter what the problem is.) That’s not even including all the things they’ve fixed. Like leaking pipes, stopped up drains, etc. I don’t think anyone spills even own a home without having this company. You only have to worry about the service fee to come out to your home. I’m never worried if the washing machine, stove, heater etc is going to break down then break the bank. I know that no matter what, I make a call (or fill out an form on line) and I’m good to go. Definitely recommend this company!”

“We were looking for some wicks for a couple of kerosene heaters. All of the nearby big box stores ( Home Depot, Lowe's, Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply) were out even though the said that had them in stock online. Told my wife to call Roy Good Hardware and see of they had them.And they did. Very nice and knowledgeable salesman. Even talked for a couple of minutes. Even his dog was friendly too. Will have to remember them the next time that I need something. You need to support the locals.”
“Washer went out and I found cj store on Google. I wasnt able to make it to the store and cj sent me pics of washers and I chose one over text. And next morning he showed up with it early and on time. The washer had an issue and I called him and he came right back with a different washer and got me set back up. Excellent service. The employee at self check out named Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable of product locations because he was a great multi tasker when it came to assisting customers while making my keys but also manning his self checkout area. “Easily accessible location from internet. I can typically find items needed with an issue. I visit this location several times a year to check out their plant inventory. I stopped in yesterday and saw a few that caught my eye. Only issue is that there was severely over watered. I literally poured water from an Aglaonema for about two minutes. This definitely could pose an issue for root rot with plants.”

“Spend what you want. Usually 120 same as cash. After 120 days it gets expensive. They carry good stuff. Just be careful with what you spend and ahree to. Staff is polite and professional. Honestly, I would use this place for must-have items like washers, dryers and refrigerators. So if you finance a $200 boom box for 18 months, that's on you. Your best bet is to pay cash, in full which they will gladly accept. Like I said, be careful.”

“I’ve had nothing but good experiences shopping at this Best Buy. I’ve picked up phone chargers, a Wi-Fi router, and several Philips Hue smart bulbs here over the years. The store is well organized, the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s nice being able to see products in person before buying.
I also have the Best Buy credit card, and the rewards and financing offers have been a nice bonus for larger purchases. Overall, it’s a reliable place for electronics, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.”
