“Filed a claim on my dishwasher in December and I have to say I was really surprised at how easy the whole process was . They very quickly had someone out to look at it and didn’t hesitate to replace the unit when parts couldn’t be ordered for our old dishwasher . They were fair in the replacement value and by taking the Lowe’s gift card payout option we were able to get a nice upgraded machine with even better features than what we were looking for because Lowe’s was having a huge appliance sale. Thanks AHS!!! I really appreciate y’all!!!”

“Five start review for Riley in electronics! I gave my sister (who is NOT tech savvy) a jitterbug phone for Christmas and she could never get it to work properly. I finally convinced her to take it back to Best Buy and ask them to help. Today she finally did and Riley called me (in Nashville) to get some information about the purchase of the phone, etc. He was very patient, kind and a great problem solver. After a few phone calls and discussions, he discovered the problem with the phone (sister has accidentally turned it on airplane mode!) and he fixed it quickly and easily with good humor. He called me back - great communication!! thank you Riley. You helped my sister and me today and I appreciate you!!”

“Easily accessible location from internet. I can typically find items needed with an issue. I visit this location several times a year to check out their plant inventory. I stopped in yesterday and saw a few that caught my eye. Only issue is that there was severely over watered. I literally poured water from an Aglaonema for about two minutes. This definitely could pose an issue for root rot with plants.”

Another employee walked up and volunteered to assist us! They were both extremely nice and helpful. The young man at the cashier was also very polite and friendly! Great place to shop.”

“I came into Memphis Furniture looking for a king size mattress set. I hated the mattress that I had at home. I explained to Shelly why I hated my old mattress and that it sunk in no matter where you were at on the bed. She knew exactly what I was talking about. I appreciate her honesty and openness when helping me find a mattress. I went to a few other furniture stores and I knew instantly that I would be coming back to her. She recommended the same mattress that she uses and let me tell you...I don't have to fight to get out of a sunken bed anymore! Her customer service skills are excellent.I cannot leave out Derek of the review. He personally delivered my mattress set the same night, after finding out the delivery crew was getting off work. I was skeptical at first because the mattress came in a box. I had never seen that before, but I told him that I'd trust the process. The set up was simple and finished in a timely manner. He was courteous and even broke down the box for me to recycle.Overall, I had a great experience with Memphis Furniture and an even better night's rest on my new Ashley king size mattress!”
