“The fitness center is not what I was expecting. It had a dried chicken bone in it, which tells me that it had not been cleaned for days. If housekeeping was going in there, they would have seen the bone. Plus, only one machine was working. On the website, there's a picture of an elliptical, but there's no elliptical.The room itself was good. We had a suite, so I could be in the living area and workout.I could go on and on about other things, but I'll put it this way, this Comfort Suite does not meet the standard of other Comfort Suites. Given that there were pluses and minuses, it was overall slightly above okay.”

“Jumped off the hwy and stopped at motel for the night. The staff was kind and efficient. When we left we forgot an item Nick boxed up the item so that IPS could pick it up and get it back. We appreciated the extra service from them.Noteworthy details: The staff went above and beyond to help with the return of lost items”
“They seem to have issues with vandalism of motor vehicles in their parking lot. Management does not seem to care. My company transferred me to another hotel with better ”
