“This hotel is an embarrassment to the Staybridge brand. When I say this hotel didn’t live up to expectations I don’t mean just that it wasn’t worth the price..I’ve stayed in $60 budget roadside motels that were better.The entire building is obviously older and has not been maintained. Dimly lit hallways, broken tile flooring, the parking lot smelled of Marijuana and the hallways smelled like someone had tried to get the cigarette smell out and had failed.We went to our room and immediately upon opening the door were hit with a wall of cigarette stench. We immediately went downstairs and asked for a different room. The second room, didn’t smell of cigarette smoke but was still musty.The shower leaked, the sheets for the pullout couch had literal holes in them and the heater sounded like a train.The only reason we stayed is because it was late and everything else was booked up.I can’t comment on breakfast because we got up early and left. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was amazing..”
“Jared was the highlight of my trip! Each time I walked in the doors he greeted me with a huge smile. He was so kind and helpful. Jared's efforts were a masterclass on how to effectively connect with guests.I can't think of her name but the woman that checked me in on Monday morning, 11/13/23 was also so kind during my time there. So grateful for each of them and their warm hospitality.Room is fine for what you might need. I wish they had put less space in the living room and more in the bathroom but that's not something they can fix. Lol!Decently clean, small fridge, ok feeling beds. Just enough for a few days on business.I would return. Overall good stay.”

“2 adults traveling with a cat in the middle of a horrible winter storm and the staff here were so accommodating and delightful. The room was clean and quiet. Had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner smelled nice. In the morning, there is a free hot breakfast that offered cheese omelettes, oat meal, French toast sticks, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and a waffle bar along with a coffee station. Everything was hot and fresh and again, the staff were so nice. There was a fire place in the lobby to sit by and have coffee. They allow dogs and cats for a $75 fee. A $50 fee is placed on hold for incidentals and is returned if nothing goes wrong with your pet in the room. The area is safe. Definitely recommend!Rooms: Very clean and nice. Bed was so comfortable.Safety: Safe area.Food & drinks: Hot breakfast was delicious.”

“We stayed here and had an overall good time. There were a number of renovations going on. The biggest problem we had was that the TV did not work as expected, there were latency issues and a lot of digital video and audio artifacts. We ultimately had to change rooms as the TV service could not be fixed. Our new room was not yet renovated, but the TV worked well. We love breakfast included and especially waffles with sugar free syrup.”
“("Use caution") when approaching the four points Hotel, Turn your signal on at least 1/10 of a mile back, and be the farr left lane At least a half mile before the hotel.On your approach you'll be crossing over and overpass and soon as you are clear the overpassthe left hand on-ramp will be coming on and immediately after that left on you'll need to make a left hand turn into the park and lot, You will only have Two car lengths to slow down to parking lot crawl before you go in the the parking lot.Great hotel, Excellent staff.The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is where it Was built. In between and 8 lane freeway.But with that being said it also provides excellent security because there's only one way in and one way out.Safety: Use extreme caution what entry the parking lot. Coming from a four lane freeway into the parking lot in two car lengths.”

“I had to travel during the days surrounding Thanksgiving and booked a room at Homewood Suites Memphis-Germantown. I could not have made a better choice. At check-in, I was greeted by Brittani McAfee who immediately impressed me with her genuine amiability and professionalism. My check-in, stay and experience there were all so pleasant, I scarcely believed I was in a hotel. Brittani always greeted me and other guests with her same friendly manner and when I asked her how she felt about having to work on Thanksgiving, she expressed that she was actually looking forward to doing that. It was obvious she enjoys her work. I book with Hilton regularly, and I am sure the company is quite proud to have her as their representative.Rooms: The layout of the room was ideal. The sleeping quarter was removed from the kitchen and living room so that noise was never an issue at all. The kitchen was fully equipped for my cooking needs.Walkability: I walk every day for exercise and this hotel is located directly across the street from one of the most incredibly beautiful municipal parks I have ever walked through. Highly recommend it for those seeking cardio exercise.”

“Good hotel. I stayed here because of the location of the company office. The rooms were neat (a little dated) and the bar/restaurant was pretty good. The employees are hands down the best thing about this place and I would definitely come back because of the great service!The location is slightly challenging as it is in between two one-way roads. There is security driving in the lot 24 hours, but I would not plan on leaving anything in the car that you don't feel comfortable parting ways with.”
“Great hotel! My first overnight here in Memphis, Tennessee. This was my Christmas 2023 4-day flt sequence, and I'm so grateful for this hotel and location. Really felt welcomed and taken care of upon opening the door to my hotel room. Very well thought out, spacious, clean, organized, and comfortable. My particular room upon walking in offered a spacious living area w/ a large flat screen TV, a wet bar w/ mini fridge and microwave. A separate work desk area than a half wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. Across from the bed is a bathroom sink outside of the actual bathroom. The bathroom was clean and organized and offered a nice size glass door walk-in shower. Definitely recommend those needing a nice hotel stay to stop by and book yourself a room here. Hopefully your room is as nice as the one I was assigned.”

“The fitness center is not what I was expecting. It had a dried chicken bone in it, which tells me that it had not been cleaned for days. If housekeeping was going in there, they would have seen the bone. Plus, only one machine was working. On the website, there's a picture of an elliptical, but there's no elliptical.The room itself was good. We had a suite, so I could be in the living area and workout.I could go on and on about other things, but I'll put it this way, this Comfort Suite does not meet the standard of other Comfort Suites. Given that there were pluses and minuses, it was overall slightly above okay.”

“Stayed in this hotel a week. First of all the room is extremely spacious. The rooms and bathrooms are updated and super clean and nice. Our towels and garbage was changed daily. It was quiet and not a lot of foot traffic at all. I will definitely be staying here again. I've been in hotels for a month and so far this hotel has been the best experience!! I've been stressed to the max with these hotels and this one restored my faith and I was able to relax and rest in a peaceful, clean environment.Rooms: They are updated, clean and nice.Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants nearby. Starbucks, McDonald's, American Deli, IHOP, Dollar tree, Family dollar, Taco Bell, Sonic, Dairy Queen, Cracker Barrel, Tops Bbq, Burger King, Krystal, Church's Chicken, and Captain D's.Safety: I felt very safe. No thugs hanging around and not a lot of foot traffic at all.Walkability: Yes plenty restaurants nearbyFood & drinks: Yes”

“The owner is one of the worst people I have ever met! She has this poor maintenance man & I stayed there a few days & she would beat on his door at 8:30 every morning & he would work all day & never saw him get a lunch break! This other person who lived there said that he worked to pay for his room! That she never paid him any money & that he worked 7 days a week 8 to 10 hrs a day! The rooms are not taking care of due to her not wanting to really fix anything & they have Cockroaches! Would not recommend”
