“The whole team here needs a promotion and raise! Really hard working people. Stayed here for a work trip. Had a minor issue at check in, but they exceeded my expectations on their solution for the problem. Super friendly team! The ac system in my room was really loud and actually prevented me from getting a good night sleep but their outstanding customer service made up for any additional issues. I would stay here again”

“I had to travel during the days surrounding Thanksgiving and booked a room at Homewood Suites Memphis-Germantown. I could not have made a better choice. At check-in, I was greeted by Brittani McAfee who immediately impressed me with her genuine amiability and professionalism. My check-in, stay and experience there were all so pleasant, I scarcely believed I was in a hotel. Brittani always greeted me and other guests with her same friendly manner and when I asked her how she felt about having to work on Thanksgiving, she expressed that she was actually looking forward to doing that. It was obvious she enjoys her work. I book with Hilton regularly, and I am sure the company is quite proud to have her as their representative.Rooms: The layout of the room was ideal. The sleeping quarter was removed from the kitchen and living room so that noise was never an issue at all. The kitchen was fully equipped for my cooking needs.Walkability: I walk every day for exercise and this hotel is located directly across the street from one of the most incredibly beautiful municipal parks I have ever walked through. Highly recommend it for those seeking cardio exercise.”

“We have a great time there. The rooms super comfortable, nice and clean and have everything to cook . I went with my chihuahua so is a pet friendly is a plus. The pool super clean . I totally recommend this Hotel . They have breakfast everyday. The Lady in charge of the breakfast super nice . All the people in the reception area super nice .”
