“Love stopping here. The staff are wonderful and i love all the discounts from using the app on my phone. The frozen slushes are the best and we always get them. If you have to stop in crossville this is the place to stop.”
“This location is amazing! The renovations are beautiful. The flooring is quite upscale. I love the salad bar. They added a Starbucks. The employees are helpful and kind. I always find cool things that I have to buy. Oh yeah, the prices are great, too. This area has been our favorite vacation spot for the past 8 years. It keeps getting better.”

“It really like this gas station, I've not gotten gas but used the convenience store plenty and have always received good and friendly service. I do know that my cigarettes are a good price and I'd go there just because of the service.”
“It’s a great place to stop in for a gallon of milk. The keypads on the fuel pumps are disgusting- they all have a sticky substance on them.(I only mention this as an opportunity for them to improve.)”

“Let you park in the back overnight while the Shell across the street charges to park. I support any place that respects truckers and makes our lives easier rather than being opportunistic.”
“This is a great place with really helpful people. Good cigars kept properly! Great supply of carts, the best in town. Really attentive, helpful, and nice people. Highly recommended.”
“Nice local neighborhood gas station & convenience store. Very well lit parking lot. Hot foods are available & they have 2 boothe inside & some picnic tables outside. They serve ice cream in cones or cups. Nice selection of convenient items you might need - milk, bread, beer, soda, frozen foods, candy/chips, first aid, etc. Plenty of parking spots including handicap spots. They sell ice in bags, firewood bundles and propane tanks exchanged. They also have a drive up window and also sell lottery tickets here.”
“I've stopped here hundreds of times, a great little gas station to grab snacks and drinks from. Gas is a bit pricey, but the workers are nice, and they have a diverse selection of products”

“From a truck driver perspective and my personal experience. The store is always clean in appearance and the employees are always welcoming. I personally don’t like walking in a store and the workers having to yell welcome to Pilot. I like it to feel I’m welcome when I check out and communicate with the clerks and staff as I make my way through the visit. The truck parking lot and fuel islands are sometimes chaotic and gets backed up from trucks parked in no parking areas in the entrance (I’m talking about when empty spots are still available in legal spaces) and trucks trying to go out the entrance because the exit doesn’t seem to be clearly marked with signs or arrows pointing towards the exit. A guy named Brian works in the parking lot is always very helpful any time I’ve had questions about the pumps and I appreciate him, and his work ethic seems to support his knowledge because he has the answers and he’s always working when in there. The shower I used was clean and stocked with everything I needed and on 7/8/25 that man (didn’t get a name) cleaning on the evening shift was working hard keeping the shower clean and available to accommodate the line. Over all it was and always is a good fuel and rest stop for the American trucking industry.”
“Great place! The best selection of vapes in town, I promise! Also the kratom is awesome! And the people are so friendly, I was there yesterday and the gentleman working stopped me from buying the wrong product and pointed out the one that I was looking for. They know you when you come in the door. That's good service.”
“All these negative reviews are due to here-say that brought out the racists. Profit Market is awesome. They sell so many different types or fuel, including off-road diesel and 110, which isn’t common in our area. The food is super tasty, too! I love their chicken biscuit sandwiches. Sometimes I even buy extras to take home and reheat in my air fryer the next day. 5 stars is well deserved.”
“Nice customer service. Clean restroom. Simple on and off of I40 or hwy 127. Their coffee is nice and strong! If you ask nicely, they'll give you a discount if you use your own cup too.”
“This was a good truck stop. FYI, do not reserve parking over here. There is a huge gravel parking lot right next to the Pilot free of charge! There is Wendy's located in this truck stop. The showers are not very big, but they are clean and the water gets hot. The only thing is there's not a lot of pressure. But its very much doable.”

“I always stop to get gas and a coffee from Dunkin’. The location is convenient and I like that they have several pumps. The place looks nicer now that they have rebranded to Circle K. I really like that you can earn rewards and pay with your phone at the pump. Bathrooms are usually clean and they have about anything you need.”
“Very friendly Walgreens staff, from the photo processing person (Laura), to the makeup consultant (also named Laura), and the checkout clerk late this morning, 9-3-25. You guys made a sale today. Extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful is how I describe these staff members. And the store atmosphere was clean, bright, and inviting. Thanks.
(Additionally, I previously visited the local CVS and ended up leaving after a couple moments - as unfortunately a worker wearing name tag and pushing a cart, looked at me, turned around, and walked away in a different direction. Ugh. No one else around. No greeting. No sale.)
Do store managers care about their workers? I hope you do. I hope you treat your workers Better than you do yourself.
(Good bye CVS. Hello Walgreens.)
Thank you.”

“Duuuude, let me take you on a gnarly journey to this righteous Shell Gas Station that recently blew my mind, man. Picture this: I'm cruisin' down the highway, my mind in a nostalgic haze, when I catch a glimpse of a sign that reads "Mr. Zip." Whoa, baby! Memories of my rad childhood come crashing back like a monster wave, hittin' me right in the feels. It's been over 25 gnarly years since I last laid eyes on a Mr. Zips, and that sign beckoned me to travel back in time, bro.Driven by this epic wave of nostalgia, I eagerly glide into the gas station, hoping to immerse myself in a glorious blast from the past. But hold up, brah! As I stepped inside, my nostrils were assaulted by a wild combination of sweet Mary Jane and the intoxicating scent of Fabuloso. Talk about a bummer, man! But hey, I'm not one to let a little ol' smell dampen my spirits, so I shook it off like water off a duck's back and pressed on with my quest. As I cruised through the aisles, the store revealed its quirks, man. Right in front of me, I noticed an unexpected surprise: a rad selection of handcrafted incense. It was like walking into a psychedelic temple of aromas, where each scent wafted through the air like a groovy melody. I couldn't help but feel like I stumbled upon a secret stash of cosmic fragrances, carefully curated for the enlightened souls who grace this funky gas station. Now, let's talk about the peeps working the register, bro. They seemed to have been in the presence of, uh, let's just say too much of that unmistakable smell. But you know what? Despite their hazy demeanor, they were totally chill and friendly. It was as if they were surfing the waves of life with a perpetual smile on their faces, effortlessly catching every good vibe that came their way. I guess when you're surrounded by a symphony of funky aromas, it's hard not to let the good vibes flow, right? So, my dudes and dudettes, despite the initial letdown of the pungent blend of herb and cleaning products assaulting my senses, this Shell Gas Station with its Mr. Zip sign and groovy incense selection managed to conjure up a wave of nostalgic euphoria in my soul. The laid-back folks at the register, even with their own cosmic adventures, still managed to make this journey worthwhile. So, if you're ready to ride the wave of memories while inhaling the scent of an ol' timey gas station, then grab your keys and head on over to this spot, man. It's a trip you won't soon forget!”

“I had a problem getting a script filled here and Ailey (hope I spelled right) went above and beyond to work out an error that the insurance company made, having to call them twice and me back as well on separate occasions. I really appreciate her taking the extra time to make sure I got what I needed! She’s an excellent employee who deserves an extra big Thank You!! So Thank you for all you do. My hormones thank you too, lol -Tish.”

“Okay, I get the hype. It was nice to be able to stop here for gas, the bathrooms, and REAL food. I was even able to find some proper gifts for an upcoming birthday I was traveling through TN for. It's like a mall. It definitely rivals Iowa's biggest truck stop.”
