“Moving to Tennessee was a huge step for me — my first solo move, to a state where I didn’t know anyone. I was scared, overwhelmed, and navigating everything on my own. From the very beginning, the team here made all the difference.
Aaliyah and Jesse at the front desk were consistently communicative, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process, which meant more than they probably know.
When I arrived after a long 10-hour drive with a full car and no help, I walked into a bare apartment and a high-stress moment. There were a few things that had been overlooked during the initial inspection, and while I was understandably upset, the way the team handled it was exceptional. By Monday morning, the front desk, maintenance, and cleaning crew were all at my apartment. We walked through everything together, and every issue was addressed immediately and thoroughly.
Maintenance has continued to be prompt, kind, and reliable since day one. More than that, this community genuinely feels safe and welcoming. In a place where I don’t yet have friends or family, this is the most “at home” I’ve ever felt — and that’s entirely because of how much the staff truly cares about your experience.
The level of care here is unmatched. I’m incredibly grateful and hopeful to call this place home for many years to come.”

“My ma has lived here since it opened. Very nice place to live. The parking could and should be more accessible. The place is for older people, but they have to walk a long way to their cars. The builders sacrificed utility for aesthetic. That being said, my mother is very happy here.”
“I absolutely love living here. The office ladies Kaylen and Madison are genuinely some of the kindest people i’ve encountered. Any maintenance i’ve requested has been done so quickly. Kerry and his partner are always so kind and respectful of my home. I have never had an issue with communication from the office and they are quick to respond as well. I would highly recommend riverset apartments!!! My sweet fur babies also love it here :)))”

“Ive lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem. The office staff is great. Especially Jennifer. She has been a godsend to me in numerous ways. The maintenance team is also great. They are always on top of everything and very nice and respectful. I highly recommend living here if you can. You won't regret it.”
“My family and I stood at Bridgeway apartments for 6 years. Sadly we had to say goodbye this last weekend due to personal purposes,otherwise we would still be there. I absolutely loved my home! All rooms are very spacious! Lots of kitchen space/cabinet space! The wood flooring. Super spacious balcony with a gorgeous pond view! The sun sets were amazing to see every evening (I'm going to miss the view so much). Vallet trash was a plus! The nice pool area! The landscape is always well taken care of. I never had trouble finding parking upfront of my building. The staff is very friendly! I hate that we can't bring our maintenance man along with. Super big thanks and shout out to Emilio our maintenance man! Super professional and friendly person. Any request we had he would promptly get things done. He even came during his off hours due to an emergency leak. I'm certainly going to miss this apartment very much! If you're looking for a home in the Chattanooga area I highly recommend Bridgeway!”

“This complex may not look like much from the outside but living here gives the coziest vibes and everyone I encountered was just lovely! Maintenance was always quick (shout out to Mr. Nate!) and Katie in the front office is just a bubble of joy!! I could not recommend living here enough!!!”

“just moved from knoxville to chattanooga for work and was living in a hotel for a while. it was a tough call to make but ended up choosing downtown to be closer to work. it was a tough call to make because though my apartment is closer to work the first impressions i received from east ridge wasn't about facility itself but rather because the leasing agent or manager mandy or madeline i believe her name was, answered all my questions on point without even having to ask. she even brought up points that i didn't consider about how east ridge may have better advantages that my current location. she was very friendly and knowledgeable and the tour itself was very just pleasent and calming. i just wanted to relay my experice to any potential tenats. thanks again mandy or madeline (sry i can't remember your name exactly) - best Ryan”
