“just moved from knoxville to chattanooga for work and was living in a hotel for a while. it was a tough call to make but ended up choosing downtown to be closer to work. it was a tough call to make because though my apartment is closer to work the first impressions i received from east ridge wasn't about facility itself but rather because the leasing agent or manager mandy or madeline i believe her name was, answered all my questions on point without even having to ask. she even brought up points that i didn't consider about how east ridge may have better advantages that my current location. she was very friendly and knowledgeable and the tour itself was very just pleasent and calming. i just wanted to relay my experice to any potential tenats. thanks again mandy or madeline (sry i can't remember your name exactly) - best Ryan”

Aaliyah and Jesse at the front desk were consistently communicative, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process, which meant more than they probably know.

When I arrived after a long 10-hour drive with a full car and no help, I walked into a bare apartment and a high-stress moment. There were a few things that had been overlooked during the initial inspection, and while I was understandably upset, the way the team handled it was exceptional. By Monday morning, the front desk, maintenance, and cleaning crew were all at my apartment. We walked through everything together, and every issue was addressed immediately and thoroughly.

Maintenance has continued to be prompt, kind, and reliable since day one. More than that, this community genuinely feels safe and welcoming. In a place where I don’t yet have friends or family, this is the most “at home” I’ve ever felt — and that’s entirely because of how much the staff truly cares about your experience.

The level of care here is unmatched. I’m incredibly grateful and hopeful to call this place home for many years to come.”

“This is the nicest and most well-run apartment complex I have ever lived in. First, the apartments are beautiful and nice to live in. Second, the amenities are nice – the pool, gym, and grounds are very nice. I love that it connects so closely to the Riverwalk, and I can easily go on a quick run or walk. Lastly, the staff is top-notch, by far the best I’ve ever had living somewhere. The maintenance team is incredibly friendly, prompt and fast to respond (shoutout to Heather for being the best). The office staff has always been available when I’ve stopped in and had a question. Christin and Carrie have been so friendly and kind my entire time living here. When I toured, Christin was up front about rent, fees, and mapped it all out clearly for me. Would highly recommend living here!”

“My ma has lived here since it opened. Very nice place to live. The parking could and should be more accessible. The place is for older people, but they have to walk a long way to their cars. The builders sacrificed utility for aesthetic. That being said, my mother is very happy here.”

“I absolutely love living here. The office ladies Kaylen and Madison are genuinely some of the kindest people i’ve encountered. Any maintenance i’ve requested has been done so quickly. Kerry and his partner are always so kind and respectful of my home. I have never had an issue with communication from the office and they are quick to respond as well. I would highly recommend riverset apartments!!! My sweet fur babies also love it here :)))”

“I've been living here for a bit and I've really enjoyed it. Great location close to the mall without feeling like it's in the middle of everything. The amenities are amazing and the grounds are beautiful. I had issues when applying for my apartment and the office staff was so kind and patient, with good communication.

Emilio, the maintenance man, is god sent. I had an issue with the A/C and he was there first thing in the morning to fix it. He was so kind and quick to fix the issue. He's respectful and even was mindful enough to take off his shoes.

“When I moved in almost 5 years ago. Ms. Carla was my saving grace, then came Christina. She was amazing. our Landlord now, is the daughter of Carla. she has been patient with me, being that I'm a single mom. (Does she get frustrated with me, of course. But that's no fault of her own) She's always addressed my maintenance issues. And Angel and his brother are amazing. all the way down to my friend the Terminix guy!! My apt is one of the older units. It most definitely needs some TLC. But at the end of the day I am grateful for the patience, kindness (usually), and forethought when having an issue. would I like better plumbing, water that stays hot and better carpet...sure!!! But again grateful to have the roof over my daughter's and I head.

“I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the love I have for my maintenance crew and front office staff. Mr Nate and his family are the best of people. The new maintenance supervisor is amazing as well. They are genuine and honest workers that connect with you beyond the scope of worker to resident. Libby has been very nice to my husband and I, by addressing our concerns and questions while moving and settling in. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, however he’s been doing an excellent job at maintaining this community.”

“Great place to live, staff is awesome. Most of the people that complain here and say they have roaches and fleas, I don't. It's cause we keep our space clean. If you're not cleaning up after yourself of course routine extermination visits don't show up. I feel real bad for the staff here because to keep it professional, they don't say it how it is. When you all grow up and clean up after yourself...like how you're supposed to...you won't have fleas and roaches lmao”
