He assured me it could be done if I came to the store. When I arrived Jackson provided a friendly greeting and went to work solving my problem. The process took about 30 minutes. Jackson should be running his own T-Mobile store...the guy was GREAT! Very good listener, expert knowledgeable, friendly, courteous...the entire package.
