“10/10 Customer Service. Long story short, I had paid for a rental in full at Avis/Budget down the street. When I arrived the rep informed me he gave my vehicle to someone else. I drove to the nearest Enterprise - this location - and Andrew immediately got me in a vehicle that was available at this location. Enterprise in Cool Springs was a life saver. Thank you team for helping me out in a pinch. Never use Budget or Avis - especially the one at the Embassy Suites.”

“Had a good experience while test driving. Not much wiggle room on pricing. Also, have not had follow through on set up of promised "work owed". I have reached out twice in two weeks with no return contact. Once about an additional vehicle issue found within the first full day of driving and once regarding the work owed. Good selection and nice facility. Very pushy on additional warranty coverage, but worked with me on getting payments closer to budgeted amount during financing.”

“Lots of negative reviews about this place and I wanted to put in my two cents. I’ve rented from this location 4-5 times and never had any issues. There was one time they didn’t have a car in the vehicle class I’d requested and they were courteous enough to call me in advance and let me know. The employees have always been nice and courteous as well.”
“I would like to give a special shot out to Nick at the Franklin Tn Hertz. We landed at the Nashville International Airport and there weren’t any cars available. We booked with Hertz in Franklin, Tn and had to catch an Uber there. When we arrived Nick told us that there weren’t any cars available and that we would have to wait. He then proceeded to take phone calls and explain the situation to other customers who weren’t as pleasant as my wife and I. Nick quarterbacked the entire dilemma with zero stress. With in 20 minutes he had all customers in cars and out the door. He handled the situation like a Roll Tide Quarterback. Nick I’m a 27 year Navy Sailor and we could use your leadership in the Navy.
