Everything was great. A special shout-out to the gentleman who handles the cars early in the morning before they open. Left my wallet in the locked rental car overnight and he retrieved it and gave it back to me this morning. Thank you sir.

I’m giving this Hertz location 5 stars because they are the ONLY car rental company in all of Franklin TN that allows you to rent a vehicle and drop it off at the airport ….
