“I am a Franklin local and have been going to this beautiful shop since it opened. Philanthropy has always been one of my favorite places to shop. I love their gorgeous clothing and gifts. But what really sets this store apart is the peaceful and worshipful atmosphere, the beautiful prayer chapel and the amazing staff that are so welcoming and kind. I have always been treated with genuine care and the very best in customer service! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!”

“The employees here are outstanding, they made a really boring experience quite enjoyable. My wife and I ended up at the store twice over the last week and the experience was the same both times, with different employees, good job management.Obviously it's Duluth, the quality of the clothing is great. We had to do an exchange from an online purchase, before we even got done looking at other items she had already gotten the correct size and completed the transaction. I had no clue, this is a beautiful, the time it saved!We will be back.”

“I have to dote on the brunette and blonde working at 10am 9/5. I walked in panicked needing a pink dress for a gender reveal. They both pulled a total of 7-9 dresses. And I left with a dress that fit and is so comfortable, in under an hour. Thank you, kind employees, for your energy!”
“Heylee was super helpful and responsive when planning my 10 year old’s birthday party. She made it so easy!! The space was absolutely perfection with plenty of items for the girls to look at, including a built in doll house to play in, while waiting to get their hair done at the braid bar. The braid bar was adorable, with plenty of hairstyle options and the girls doing the hair were sweet & engaging with each girl. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely continue to recommend it in person!”
“I fell in love with this place and the owner, who was sooooooo nice! She helped me obtain 2 authentic, vintage belt buckles and a beautiful brown/black belt to go with both.
The shop is located in a small town and looks just like the country store I expected to see while I visited with my family in Franklyn, TN .
The store has truly amazing merchandise and I am looking forward to visiting again after The Holidays with longer, more dedicated time so I can look at all the lovely items in more relaxed way.”

“I was just walking by and spotted a lovely dress in the window. That’s what drew me in. I expected high prices and boutique attitude (if you know what I mean ?) considering it’s Franklin. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices and good selection. The dress of interest was on a rack in the back with “last chance options” for newest items. They had one left, in my size. I tried it on and bought it! The sales person (Haley) was very nice and helpful. I’m middle aged and dress in classic styles. They have a decent selection for me as well as more trendy options for younger clients.?”

“The store is open late which is a plus, service was friendly the store it self like citi gear is unorganized and not collaborative within it sections as it should be. But over all glad it's open. Most of them down sized a great deal or closed all together which it's sad because it is one of our clothing chains that you could truly get all needs for every familyember And household in one stop

“I was looking for a dress for an upcoming party and I was really struggling to find a dress right for me. I went to many different stores which were all good just not exactly what I was looking for, when I first saw Windsor I thought it was a very elegant and beautiful looking store. The dresses there were really pretty and I found one just right for me. My only complaint, which isn't very big, is that I stood in the dressing room line for a very long time, meaning about 30 or more minutes. If that's improved then this store would be perfect.”
“I have not shopped at Forever 21 in literally FOREVER, no pun intended. But I could not help myself, while Christmas shopping I popped in because everything in the store was 40% off. I was concerned about hurting my feelings and my ego, but they got me with the window dressings. The last time I shopped in there I was A LOT younger and a lot thinner and even at a size 12 or if I'm being kind to myself, possibly a 10 (insert wink) at the time, I could not fit the clothes in the store. Everything was small-sized and ranged from 0-8 (8 if you're lucky). But looking at the dresses and the mannequins I was optimistically intrigued. I found four dresses right away that I just had to have. I requested XL and even got one in a large. I decided to spare myself any humiliation by trying them on in the store. I'm very good at eyeballing a fit for me based on fabric and design so, I was not concerned as to whether they would fit. I checked out and because of the 40% sale, I paid $82 and change out the door for four dresses. I waited before bed to try all four on, after a LONG day of Christmas shopping. All four fit perfectly. I was amazed at the quality. I'm somewhat of a quality snob and haven't conformed to sites like Shein and Fashion Nova, no offense if those are your spots, to each their own, I just know with the right sale I can get great quality at major retailers for the same prices that will last infinitely longer. I digress, these dresses were well-stitched, and the fabric was heavy and thick. I was just so thrilled and happy that after not stepping foot in a store for over a decade I am now a fan and have placed a huge online order praying for the same quality and experience! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a first date, date night, night out, club look, or a just because, "I'm bringing sexy back," night or day out!”
