“I have to say I was really worried about this visit. It was specifically about a battery. My experience was reasonably good considering all the reviews were one star. So here's some if helpful ideas if you want a five-star experience. Number one read ahead of time how to prepare your phone. There's multiple things you need to do ahead of time such as update to software. Stop find my phone and be sure none of the egregious apps are running in the background. Number two go to the store during off hours. Such as early in the morning. Whatever you do it don't go on a busy day. Number three. Introduce yourself to the Apple person and be sure to ask for their name. I specific where it was dealing with Lou and Caleb. Prepare yourself. They basically assume you're an idiot and ask all kinds of crazy quick questions. Be sure you ask them if the part you're interested in is in stock. If it's not in stock, don't leave your phone. Next. They'll give you a time to come back. If it's 1 and 1/2 hours, come back in 3 hours. When you come back they'll escort it to a seat and tell you to wait a while. Don't sit down, stand there and continue to ask when someone will help you. Next, if you're lucky, someone will bring out your phone. Take your $90 and you will leave happy. Good luck. “Always love bestbuy.i was lookin 4 a case for my new fold6,couldnt decide on kickstand or spen,I was assured the spen was not included and I asked, 80 bucks and no spen included? Yep,no pen,didn't like the attitude but bought the case cuz I needed sumthin quick to protect my phone,got to the car and there was the spen in the box.i understand you can't know every product but if you don't know,don't guess,still made the sale but didn't enjoy the buying experience.if i wanted a mediocre experience i can go to amazon”
