“I own and operate T's Taxi Service. I had two taxi customers wanting iPhone 18 Pro Max phones. We had gone to the Apple Store downtown and to The Mall of Green Hills and had no luck purchasing the phones. Both taxi customers are both happy to have gotten their iPhone 18 Pro Max at Apple CoolSprings Galleria. They bought two phones!”

“Rachel went above and beyond to help me with a series of issues connected to switching MACs. She spent a lot of time uploading and downloading and backing up my data, as well as repairing and reconfiguring an older hard drive so I didn't need to buy a new one. And the cost of service was exactly the original quote even though I'm sure it took more time than she imagined. Now my challenge is to understand how to operate the new MAC:). I'm 71 and a 30-year Microsoft user so a lot of the explanations went over my head but I can attest that Rachel is very knowledgable. I think she would be especially effective with folks who are looking to maximize space, increase operation speed and fully utilize their machines.”

“Gunner at the geek squad was incredibly helpful! My laptop stopped working and he was able to get get my data transferred to a flash drive before sending my laptop off to be fixed. I was so stressed out but by the time I left I felt like the situation was under control. Gunner was polite, kind, efficient, and great at customer service.”
