They are always ready to help. Johnny has helped me many times. I brought someone in to have a battery changed in a very old watch, a keepsake from her deceased sister, they did it on the spot. Very helpful since she has no car and has have someone transport her. The jewelry and the artistic gifts are worth the trip.
