First Horizon Bank provides incredible and professional service. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and respectful, doing an amazing job handling accounts. They solve problems right away, with one phone call often being enough after jumping through hoops elsewhere. The branch in Franklin is highly recommended, with a level of service that does not match other banks. Customers are very thankful for the hard work.
