Glenn Grocery is a conveniently located store along I-840. The owners and employees are the most friendly and super friendly people, always helping with anything needed. They have great deli options for hungry travelers, including great breakfast biscuits like the tenderloin biscuit. They also offer great beverage options, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with a beer cave that has more options than many other stores despite seeming a little small from the outside. It is the clear example of not believing everything from the outside. However, the exit and area desperately need a new gas station. The place is fine for convenience but can be very difficult during peak hours, which seem to be all the time. The tiny parking lot is often crowded with about 20 cars maneuvering however they want, creating a risk of getting hit. Some feel the owners are making money but have not upgraded the parking lot or restroom situation. It is the only gas station off of 840 between two exits, trying to support the growing traffic in the area.
The employees here are always super friendly and they have great options for breakfast biscuits. I recommend the tenderloin biscuit
