“Berry Farms is already a nice area, but this might be the cleanest twice daily I’ve ever been in. I noticed that is largely due to the nicest employee Sonya who not only was working diligent to maintain the store, but was doing so when no one else was in there but me. If you’ve ever run a business, it’s easy to notice when someone works hard at there job, especially when no one’s looking. I appreciate that! Will stop here more often on my daily drive because of people like her!”
“A daily stop for me. I love the staff and White Bison makes a mean latte (great coffee as well). Starbucks can keep their triple-skinny-pumpkin spice-oat milk-matcha-brown sugar crusted-reflux inducers.”

“Order your specialty coffee and food from the self service kiosk. Never saw a person behind the food counter and had to ask the Shell attendant where to get plain coffee. You dispense your own plain brewed coffee off to the side.
Decent coffee, not heavy in acidity or bitterness. I usually drink my coffee black but it was not good enough to drink plain. Uncertain how long this pot has been sitting out, initial dispense came with grounds that apparently had settled over time.”

“I had drove to Franklin TN Tuesday morning to work a shift at one of my jobs other locations to help, 3 hours away from home, I had used the last bit of my money on gas to come here. I closed the shift at my work and then needed to get more gas, I had transferred the last bit of money from loan liners that I had from my bank to get gas and hopefully something to eat. I had only $9 after I filled my tank up, I grabbed some things and thought I would try my almost maxed out credit card on some of them, which declined.i told the lady to just take some things for the order and I would get only a couple of items, the ones I really needed. The sweetest most kind hearted employee, Dietre (I’m probably butchering her name) was ringing me up and asked if I was planning to get it all. I told her I was going to if my credit cared didn’t decline but I only need the few items and I had the money for it , she said “I got you girl don’t worry”. I declined the help of course because I did not want her to pay for it at all, she then pulled out her personal phone and used her own Apple Pay to pay for my things. I told her she did not understand how much that meant to me and she said I’ve been there before and she gets it and told me to save my $9. She paid $20 for my things out of her own money for me, a stranger. I broke out into a sob leaving because I just felt so incredibly blessed by her. She deserves a raise and recognition for her kind heartedness and service to customers. This was at around 3 AM and most would be tired from the day and not pleasant but she absolutely was pleasant and helpful and so so nice. Just wanted to put it out there that she was amazing and saved me tonight!!!”

“Being on the road often, I pay close attention to places that feel safe, clean, and consistent, and this Twice Daily in Franklin on Carothers Rd checks those boxes.
The store is always bright, well-lit, and organized, which makes a difference, especially during early mornings or late nights. It is the kind of environment where you can stop in and feel comfortable right away. The staff has also consistently been kind and welcoming, which adds to that overall sense of trust.
The bathrooms are typically very clean. There have been a couple of times with a little bit of trash, but nothing that takes away from the overall standard they maintain. It feels more like normal foot traffic than neglect.
From a SHIELD perspective, this is a location I would consider reliable and safe for a quick stop at any time of day. Clean, well-lit, and consistently friendly—exactly what you want when you are on the road.

“I regularly receive nothing but the best customer service from the staff and pharmacy staff at this CVS location on Liberty Pike and Mallory Rd. Friendly, professional and helpful are my 3 key words for this store! “The pharmacy staff here is so genuinely kind and helpful! This is the first pharmacy I've used that I don't dread calling or going to pick-up because I know they'll be responsive, friendly, and actually wanting to assist. They aren't even the closest pharmacy to me, but it's worth the extra drive. I've been using them for almost a year and it's been consistent the entire time. Highly recommend!”

“This is a really cool, rustic old time general store. There is a little grocery section and a deli with hot and cold sandwiches. The sandwiches were super delicious! They also had some fresh homemade bakery items like cinnamon rolls and fried fruit hand pies. All in all, a super cool find. Were looking forward to going back again someday.”
