“Over a year ago I had an issue. The employees were nice but I never got a call back but today when I ran into the owner. I explained the situation & I told him I know it was long ago but I felt away because I always hear good thing and the food is good. I just wanted him to be aware bc honestly I was hesitant due to how my previous situation was handle. Let me share with everyone Pure is just that, the owner resolved my issue on the spot. “I used the car wash at this gas station tonight for the first time in quite a while because my car was really dirty from driving a lot. I was soooo pleased to realize that I have been wasting money at the car wash just up the road (not even sure of the name, but it's just past the CVS. I should also mention that I tried to get a car wash there last night and the machine took my payment but the wash never started. Man was I disappointed!!). But my car is super clean and it's all better now. I will continue to spend my $10 (maybe even $12) at this Mapco AND get a much better wash!!!THANKS ?”

“Stopped by this morning for my cup of coffee during the 7:30 rush. There was only one person behind the counter and she was running two registers. Not only was she jamming back there she was in the zone! I believe her name is Kelle and she even made small talk making me feel like I was the only one in the store. I give a hat tip to this young lady and when it’s time for employee evaluations, she deserves a raise! Also, this is by far the cleanest, well stocked and most friendly Twice Daily I’ve ever been to. “Just stopped at White Bison for the first time. Really appreciate good coffee houses due to the fact we operate our own shop in Illinois. We were skeptical about a filling station atmosphere for good coffee, pleasantly surprised, great coffee. The general manager of the store waited on us and was amazing, accommodating and well informed on the company he works for…we’ll be back!”

“A Walgreens is a Walgreens wherever you go. Same aisles, same types of products, nothing to report on there. But I do like this location because the people are so nice! They try to engage in the super short time you are checking out, and it feels genuine. I've never walked out of here in a bad mood.”

“This Walgreens, located at the corner of Cool Springs Boulevard and Mallory Lane in Franklin is your standard Walgreens location for the most part. The one thing that does separate them from the others I have visited in the city is the level of service. I work in the area, so I normally pop in here for small things to and from the office with my recent drop by being to pick up a few photos I had printed. The photo counter was staffed, which was a surprise honestly. He was nice and quickly gave me my photos. I went to the front to ring up, and the cashier was positive and friendly throughout the process. The store can be a bit of a mess on occasion, which seems to be the theme for Walgreens honestly. Always seem to be stepping over items or moving unmanned stocking carts out of my way. Overall, solid Walgreens location that I have no issues utilizing!”

“This is a great smaller Dailys location. Every employee has been very friendly and helpful. It has always been clean on my visits, including the trash cans between the pumps (which are a common nasty situation at some gas stations.)They have a huge selection of beverages and the cappuccino machine is cleaned regularly and tastes great. Overall the vibe is nice, and for A late night visit the store is well lit and feels safe.”

“3.5 - 4 Not sure how I missed this store - so close to home...but I'll not miss it again. One the plus side (3.5) prices for gas (Shell) are consistent with fuel prices across Franklin. In other words....generally higher than at neighboring stations in some surrounding areas and not even close to big discount chains like Costco, Walmart, etc. However, if you are a member of the Shell Rewards program, you can get a substantial discount. Usually from 5 - 10 cents per gallon -- and with certain specials as much as 30 cents per gallon. Access off Rt 96 is easy in-out, depending on traffic (which can be bustling at times). Inside the store. BIG Plus (4)...clean, well-stocked, large selection of snacks and some pre-made (some) hot items like breakfast biscuit or muffin, donuts, roller bar selections, hot subs (I haven't tried those yet.) In addition, plenty of cold drinks and ... the reason I stopped today....hot coffee is available. I'm partial to Colombian brews and the Nariño is rich and flavorful. They also have a "Sugar Cane Process Decaf". Not, no aded sweetener, but a "natural decaf" process that uses EA (Ethyl Acetate) made from sugar cane. Clean interior and very congenial staff. I'll post photos next time I stop.”

In particular Bryan is outstanding with helping with our insurance and is so personable along with many other staff. During covid the pharmacist has been so helpful and being able to get vaccines done easily and conveniently is such a bonus! Hanna has been particularly fantastic scheduling and planning shots to keep our community safer.I love the helpful staff at the main counters and the greeting I get each time I walk in.Life can be stressful but I sure appreciate this team that makes my life easier and all the brighter.
