“Service is top-notch here. The store is very clean, bright, and attractive. I’ve gotten several bespoke birthday cakes at their bakery, and they have all been very good, fresh, on-time, and exactly as-ordered. The selection is good, though not the best in the area.
The only complaint I have is that the produce selection and quality is not great, and sometimes quite poor compared to their competition and other Publix locations.
Aside from the spotty produce, I feel this is an extremely well-run and reliable store.”

“Reed's is my favorite place for fresh produce. They always have a good selection of seasonal, regional produce along with jars of tasty condiments inside. The staff is friendly, and it's a convenient, relaxed way to buy produce without the bustle of big farmers markets.”
“Very nice floral arrangements were marked down half priced, so I grabbed two bouquets. The arrangement is still lasting and I purchased it 2 weekends ago. I also picked up some half priced carrot cake muffins and they were delicious. Overall this location is great.”

“I transferred all of my prescriptions a couple of years ago from CVS (Liberty Pike) to the Berry Farms Publix Pharmacy due to the terrible customer service (or lack there of) at CVS and I’m so happy I did! CVS was constantly out of my prescription and refused to ever tell me if other CVS’s had it in stock. However, Publix always has it in stock and ready to go! There was once they did not have it and they contacted other Publix locations until they found one who carried it and called me within the hour to give me the good news. In addition, recently I was having some issues with my insurance covering a medication I received a prior authorization for and the Pharmacy Tech was so professional and took his time trying to figure out the issue. He told me he’d call me back when he figured it out and sure enough, within about 10 minutes he called me back and had a solution that resulted in me being able to pick up my prescription before expected. I’m always so impressed with the professional, care and excellent customer service at this location. They go above and beyond to help and I’m so appreciative!”

“Great place for chai, evening snacks and their meals are good as well. Sometimes they’ll have indian style pizza at the restaurant made with fresh dough by Anil, which is delicious. Vada pav, pao bhaji, best vada sambhar, indo chinese is great too and they have fantastic offers during the week as well. a nice indian setup where you can come and hang out in the evening and talk over chai pakoda.”
“Azmaan is an absolute super star. He provides excellent customer service. He also makes sure you are aware of every possible symptom or interaction you could possibly have with each and every individual medication. Azmaan always answers every question I have taking the time out of his day to care for my health no matter what the scenario is. I truly am happy to say I will stay with Kroger pharmacy. I have never experienced this type of customer service and I hope many other pharmacists can learn from Azmaan!”

“Outstanding order ahead/catering service! Used them for a party and everyone loved the food! The prosciutto skewers, dips and cheese platter were a hit! Cuban Mojo Sliders were all gone and regular sandwich slider assortment was great! They have deviled eggs and they were okay. Little Bundt cakes were delicious and the mini fruit tarts all disappeared. Food was delicious and you can't beat the price. Plus Publix Staff is helpful and really got our order out quick to us!”

“This place is much cheaper than Publix with most items. I also got vaccinated at Kroger and they were able to give me a second vaccination card even after I lost mine. The hot wheel selection is also great. I like most of the employees as well!”
“Wow. I was impressed! Kroger has generally ranked about 2nd on my list of favorite grocery stores to shop. But that is about to change. In some ways upon entering, this particular store reminded me a bit of the display entrance at Whole Foods. But it's not that. Nevertheless, the produce displays appear fresh and brightly lighted. Aisles of caned and other packaged goods are filled. Beer and wine are plentiful. The store's deli is good, the cheese array is excellent, the meat and seafood counter are both well-stocked. Since there are other grocery stores closer to my home, I'll likely not shop this on e very often, but if you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping and shopping.”

Met Gloria who is 3rd generation family who was working and since I was out of cash (no credit cards), on a hot day cycling, she insisted I take a Gatorade and water and paid it forward! So kind! I’ll be back next time with cash in hand to pay it forward for someone else! 5 stars for kindness and cool old 1921 store at the crossroads!”

Milan's vulnerability was stellar ? and Victoria helped me blow the others up for what made a Funky Table top decoration for the party I was attending ( it sat on the table while that one balloon floated above the others. ) That's how cool God is!
