Let me know where the sitting room was. Started conversation. Another worker spoke to me and asked me if I needed any assistance. I was offered water, candy, really very very nice. The manager, with whom I had established an appointment with to have some sideboards and a tonneau cover installed took extremely good care of me. Explained how everything worked, explained the quality of the construction of everything installed on my truck. He even helped me make a decision on some front hood lights. “I had such a great experience with Brown's Body Shop in Franklin. I needed some work done on my Range Rover Velar and worked with Jeffrey, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He put together a reasonable, affordable quote, went above and beyond to help me, and the quality of the work was excellent.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt like just another paycheck. They genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure the problem was taken care of and they did exactly that. The customer service is truly five stars!
I also had an issue with my door lock getting jammed, and once again, Jeffrey went out of his way to help me get it figured out.

I thought it was my battery, but Victor tested my battery my alternator and one other thing and it turned out the connections on my battery .He cleaned them and fixed my car for me for free.
