“I recently purchased a new 2026 GMC Canyon And was looking for a quality and well priced tonneau cover. I reached out to Truck Trendz over the weekend and follow up call back from Kris King early Monday morning (next day). I shared with Kris What I was looking for and what options were available to me. He was extremely professional, understanding, helpful, and on point with what I was hoping to achieve with my purchase. I drove down to their Murfreesboro location the same day and I was able to get a lot of information which helped me purchase exactly what I needed - Kris was extremely helpful and patient. I can’t be happier with my purchase and the level of service that I received. I highly recommend Kris King and Truck Trendz in Murfreesboro, TN.”

“I had such a great experience with Brown's Body Shop in Franklin. I needed some work done on my Range Rover Velar and worked with Jeffrey, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He put together a reasonable, affordable quote, went above and beyond to help me, and the quality of the work was excellent. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like just another paycheck. They genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure the problem was taken care of and they did exactly that. The customer service is truly five stars! I also had an issue with my door lock getting jammed, and once again, Jeffrey went out of his way to help me get it figured out. I highly recommend Jeffrey and the team at Brown's Body Shop. They do excellent work and truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers.”

“Five stars for the parts department counter staff. I drove all the way from Cookeville just to deal with a real human being face-to-face because I am completely done with automated phone trees and useless digital assistants. They pulled up the exact OEM trim pieces for my 2022 CX-5 instantly, double-checked my VIN, and got everything ordered with extra fasteners in under ten minutes. If you want top-notch customer service from a staff that actually knows their inventory, go straight to this counter.”

“I had a nightmare situation where I was t-boned by a Walmart delivery truck, causing $17k worth of damage to my brand new car that I paid cash for. I was incredibly stressed and wanted to make sure I took my car somewhere that would care about it as much as I did. Malaurie was a total legend at the front desk and immediately put me at ease, before handing me off to Christian Lopez who went WAY above and beyond. He was consistently honorable, straight forward, and transparent. Walmart was absolutely brutal to deal with but Christian helped navigate it smoothly. I don't wish this situation on anyone but if I had to go through it....I'm glad it was with Cool Spring Collision. Highly recommended.”
