They are creating a special experience unique to the customer. My last two visits, precious Korene helped me and my best friend with excellent customer service. She’s a gem and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone that works there is quite special! I love stopping by to have my jewelry cleaned and carefully checked and looking at their estate jewelry. “I had taken a ring to a jewelry store in downtown Franklin to have a free inspection and cleaning, and was told I had 2 loose stones in my ring and that I may loose them if they tried to clean it, they suggested I leave it for repair over the weekend and the repair would cost 100.00
I took it to Johnnie with out telling him what they were going to charge me. he looked at it, said one stone might be slipping, but because of the channel setting it wouldn't come out, picked up a tool, crimped the setting, cleaned it and handed it back to me. When I told him he just saved me 100.00 bucks, He just shook his head and told me to have a nice day. Their customer service is beyond the best. I can not say enough great things about them!”

We were met with a friendly “hello friends, come on in!” We said we were looking for wedding bands and Jackie was INCREDIBLE to work with. She was not pushy or “salesman-y”. She was so friendly, polite and she really took her time to help me find exactly what I was looking for when I didn’t even know myself. I felt like I was sitting with a friend. Vicki was also helping out and I just cannot say how easy it was working with these ladies! They also had many rings that other stores did not. 10/10 would recommend them! “I am a Franklin local and have been going to this beautiful shop since it opened. Philanthropy has always been one of my favorite places to shop. I love their gorgeous clothing and gifts. But what really sets this store apart is the peaceful and worshipful atmosphere, the beautiful prayer chapel and the amazing staff that are so welcoming and kind. I have always been treated with genuine care and the very best in customer service! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!”
“My sister and I bought gifties for our birthday month. She bought a beautiful garnet bracelet and I bought a permanent bracelet and a set of five hammered rings. I have Amazon hands and have the hardest time finding rings that fit my index finger and middle finger. The staff measured my fingers and helped me decide which size would be best for the ring stack.
They fit beautifully and have a classic look. The rings were also a wonderful value. I was able to catch a sale on the rings, but even at regular price, the rings are a very good price.
Purchasing jewelry at Judith Bright at The Factory in Franklin was absolutely one of the highlights of our birthday month!”
