“Great place to do business. Needed an excavator for a long period of time (greater than 2 months) for cutting and building a driveway (20’ wide & 1/4 mile long) up the mountain to our home (temp driveway was put in while we built the home.
Ryan and Ben did everything possible so I could afford the machine during this extended time period. Great guys to work with.
On the day of delivery the driver, Bill, made sure I understood the machine and how to operate it. He spent about an hour there with me.
The machine was serviced every 10 days to ensure smooth operations.
I do not live in London County but due LCR reputation I went with them over rental company in Roane County.
If you need to rent anything and you are close to Lenoir City Tn call these guys at Loudon County Rentals.”
“Intro:
As a new owner/operator, you could imagine my concerns (mild panic), as I discovered the hard lessons of tractor/trailer storage. After researching several other locations, I found Mark (321) to be a God send; availability, location, value, cost, security, and flexibility.
Experience :
I started out small (tractor only) then grew (part-time trailer added), and grew again (permanent trailer & tractor added). I’m planning more growth with an RV and personal vehicles should space come available. Mark has supported me each step along the way.
Pros:
Mark’s kindness in a pinch is deeply appreciated when I broke down and needed towing. Also, at no cost to me, a small 5 hour stop by the house, a hot meal, and a shower while OTR is noteworthy of his compassion.
Cons:
Other storage facilities for truckers are not as polite nor respectful to truckers. As a testament of Mark’s character, I asked Mark if I could pay more if he would add a bright light where we park. He declined and stated he already had it installed but forgot to plug it in.
Summary;
I continue enjoying our discussions and experiences. I encourage others to do the same. I found trust, wisdom, and a genuineness rarely seen these days in the trucking industry.

“Such a great experience getting set up with Xavier’s help on the phone! I called after I got home from work at almost 7pm, and was pleasantly surprised that someone was available. I didn’t know they are always open to 7pm, which is so great for those of us without flexible schedules. The process was easy and he was so friendly and helpful. The contract came through right away along with all the instructions to access the unit. When k arrived, the unit was clean and ready for our belongings.
One thing to know … when I arrived I thought I’d pop into the office to say hello and thank them, but the office that appears to be on site is an unaffiliated pool company, with an understanding owner, so maybe don’t bother that guy like I did!”

“I use this facility for a number of years prior to discontinuing my RV adventures. Regardless of the day or time I always felt my RV was safe and that I was safe. The facility was always pristine. Be services of a dump site, RV wash site, access to potable water and a compressor for tire inflation. What more can an RV owner ask for? The owners are very easy to work with and very accommodating.”

“The units seemed well taken care of. I saw a lot mouse poison out and the black plastic boxes that are traps or have poison in them. The prices seem very reasonable.”
“Thank you Thomas and Rocky Hill storage! We were passing through for a few days to see our daughter and we were pulling a 35 foot fifth wheel. I called numerous storage facilities around and they all wanted to charge us a monthly fee prorated. Thomas charged us a next to nothing daily rate and accommodated us on a Sunday. You just don’t find that kind of customer service and just good all around people anymore. You all are first class in our eyes. Keep doing you!!
