“Professional and friendly staff. Check out was a speedy process and my groceries were properly bagged. I usually get my meat at Walmart or Mike's but this Save-A-Lot had far better meat quality. I will now be driving extra just to go to one of their stores for meat. Their shelves were well stocked and you could actually find an employee if you needed help. So yeah, I'd recommend this store to anyone”
“This place does everything pretty alright. My only issue is the self checkout is often buggy and sometimes doesn't work but apart from that this place does everything right. Everything is stocked, it has a bit of everything, it has good customer service, the food is properly stored and stocked, and it has a lot of decent things to offer. However, the food it offers is mostly processed junk which seems to be the highlight of Gainesboro food but I can't really judge harshly on that considering it's a Dollar General. The cashier and customer service has always been kind and considerate. The management obviously does well considering everything is properly stocked and the place is well cleaned. I saw some reviews about management being bad but my experience was not the same. It tends to be a bit crowded and sometimes there is a bit of a line but the cashier does an amazing job keeping it down. 10/10 to the employees and 5/10 to the products the store offers. Oh and the coffee tastes terrible, all of it. Avoid like the plague.”
