My pup moose recently had to have emergency surgery to remove a foreign body from his stomach, and they made one of the scariest experiences of my life so much easier. From the moment he arrived, they treated Moose as if he were their own. They kept me updated every step of the way with calls and texts, answered all of my questions, and made sure I always knew how he was doing. The compassion they showed both Moose and me meant more than I can put into words. A special thank you to Dr. Patterson and Dr. Poteete for their incredible skill, kindness, and dedication. This team truly goes above and beyond for their patients and their families. I will forever be grateful for the amazing care Moose received. I came in around January and never got around to posting but I was going through one of the worst yet best parts of my life. God was testing me and really had me going through a season. A season that was based on trust and faith alone. I was living out of a hotel and just trying to make it day by day. Terrified of what was to happen next. I came from Alabama to Tennessee with broken dreams and the trust I had in God. I came here because I gave my friend a ride to the doctors next door. I ended up coming in to buy a coffee and my child a hot chocolate with change. I don't remember the sweet lady's name that day but she made me feel so welcomed and offered to pray for me. I still think about that day and how her obedience in God changed me. She felt led to prayed and listened. That prayer definitely helped me in the season I was in. The coffee was great too which is a given. I'd pick them over Starbucks any day. From time to time I think about that experience though. Although, I don't live in Tennessee anymore; if I were to ever come back this is the first place I would stop. God bless the people in this coffee shop. It was such an absolute blessing.
