PetSmart
4642 Lebanon Pike, HermitageI took my little Shih tzu here for her first groom ever and we were both very nervous, but Aiden was extremely reassuring and did an excellent job on my girl! I’m grateful for the help and will be coming back again next time! Cocoa looks so good! And he was extremely communicative on what was done and how she did and I appreciate that!

Momento Specialty Coffee - HERMITAGE
4219 Lebanon Pike, HermitagePlease have some teaching moments with your baristas on how to make drinks without leaving all of the syrups/add one at the bottom of the cup. I enjoy your lattes when they're made correctly, but sadly, this is not the first or second time this has happened

Dutch Bros Coffee
4001 Lebanon Pike, HermitageMay 31 … to the employees working that day yall were awesome ! Customer service was A1 and the drinks were great. Enjoyed it so much We went back the next day and ordered 3 more drinks . It’s june 7th now and the same drink i got on may 31 taste completely different. I swear they accidentally gave me a just a cup of milk instead of the golden eagle . what a difference a couple days make . I left my old coffee stand after being faithful for years bc it became way too inconsistent. Hoping for a better outcome . Doesn’t take away from the employees who have always been nice !

Cinco De Mayo Mexican Restaurant Hermitage
5770 Old Hickory Blvd, HermitageHadn’t visited this location in a while. Had a party of 6. Dining room was pretty full and it can often times be difficult to hear across the table. High ceilings acoustically will do that. Food is always good although on this occasion it seemed to take much longer than usual. Chips, salsa and guac were warm and fresh. Meals were served piping hot and the orders were all correct. Service was a bit delayed and I feel bad saying it but her ESL needs some practice and patrons will need some patience. Overall still an excellent meal at this location.
