My dog comes back calm and happy. Which is not easy since she’s a nervous pup. Also the cuts have been gorgeous (also not easy because my dog likes to wiggle).
She also comes back NOT stinking of dog perfume, which was my biggest complaint about my last groomer. I’m severely asthmatic and allergic to fragrance and it’s soooo nice having peace of mind knowing I won’t have to go to the ER from someone forgetting and spraying stuff all over my dog.
Can I give ten stars? Because I would. Thank you for being amazing!

I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was incredibly helpful. The woman who trimmed his nails was absolutely wonderful. I unfortunately forgot to get her name, but she was so kind, patient, and understanding with my nervous puppy. He definitely was not the easiest client for a nail trim, but she handled him with such care and never made us feel rushed or stressed.
We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one. 10/10 recommend!

After trying three or four other local vets, my coworkers kept pushing for me to try out Nippers Corner, and I’m beyond grateful that I did. After our first visit where i explained to them that he struggles leaving me and that if it’s easier for them to not fight with him they can do anything they need to in the exam room, obviously some things i know require him to be taken back, but they never once thought to bat an eye. They have gone above and beyond between calming my nerves about a new vet and how he can get, fitting us in for last minute appointments when he gets hurt, and just the overall care and compassion their entire team has always shown. They truly deserve the world there.

I left my three cats in the care of Music City Cats for one week and I was completely blown away by the service. The process to get started is streamlined and professional. They come to your home for an introduction and to gather information. This was so complete, they even asked me things I hadn't even thought to include in the paperwork. They are very detail-oriented which gave me confidence they could take care of my three, even with one cat needing daily medication and other as-needed medications for various health issues. There were contingencies in place for the severe cold weather and power outages we were expected to experience at the time as well (January/Feb 2026). They truly care about the animals well-being and seem adaptable to complications based on our conversations about the weather and reading other client's reviews.
During our trip, I received a thorough update for each scheduled visit complete with pictures of everyone. So, if you schedule two visits a day, you get two updates! If I had questions or concerns, they were addressed rapidly. The communication was great.
This was the first time I have left my cats in the care of someone I didn't know personally. I was very anxious to do so. However, with the regular updates and open communication I was able to truly relax and enjoy my vacation knowing everything was being taken care of at home.
They exceeded my expectations and I will be using them again in the future.

Someone spends the night at this facility which is priceless to my my peace of mind. My dog always looks like he is having a amazing time and I get to see him on video during his play time. When we pull up to the building he gets super excited ... which tells me he has an amazing experience here. I get daily updates from the staff and everyone is always so helpful. You will immediately notice too that there is so much staff there caring for and looking after the dogs. They do not skimp on oversight. I also love that he has tons of safe/secure yard space to romp around on his play outings. He gets to go outside for his play / social breaks 5x's a day, while still having his own little room too. He can also get spa treatment (ie grooming) while he is there. So convenient. He comes home looking all spiffy and smelling amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this dog resort and their staff too. I feel so thankful I found them to take great care of my baby when I travel.

Pricing was reasonable when we started, although rates have increased over time, so it may be worth comparing with other local options depending on your budget and needs.
I recently brought her back after about a year away. She seemed a little more anxious than in the past, and I noticed some staff turnover, but the visit was still handled professionally and staff were kind.
I’ll be using them again in May for a short boarding stay while I recover from surgery, so that will give me a more current sense of the experience. For now, I’d say keep an open mind. My experience has been positive overall, and as with any daycare or boarding facility, every dog’s needs and reactions can be different.

I called Green Hills Kennel because I was in the area but didn’t know where to take my dog for some grass time. The lady I spoke to was super sweet and directed me to the library less than a mile away. This was a life saver. I was able to walk my dog and let her out of the car for a few minutes. This review is not reflective of any actual kennel experience, but I feel like a place with excellent customer service for a non-patron is indicative of what you would experience as a paying customer. There’s so much to look at that you could probably finish your meal before you finish looking around. Great concept, in my opinion.
Now for the important part—the food. Everything was very tasty, and they have a nice selection of sauces if you feel the need to use one. Personally, I’m a believer that good brisket shouldn’t need sauce… just like Texas chili shouldn’t have beans. I’m willing to stand my ground on both.
My only complaint was the portioning. Everything seems to be carefully measured, and my pulled pork arrived still shaped like the little cup it had been packed into. It looked less like pulled pork and more like a pork sandcastle. Thankfully, it tasted much better than it looked.
The turkey was excellent—moist, tender, and full of flavor. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which always makes a meal more enjoyable. There was plenty of seating, plenty of parking, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable.
Would I go back? Absolutely. Next time I may just order double meat so my portion doesn’t look like it came with a measuring cup and served by an accountant.

As a vegan, this was one of the first times in a long time where I had difficulty deciding what to eat off the menu because there were SO many options. This entirely plant-based restaurant is a gift to the community. My sandwich, the Sunflower Cali (added tofu bacon), was so delicious. One of the best things I've eaten in ages. Super fresh. Everything we ordered, including the drinks, you could tell were made with love. Highly recommend to vegans and non-vegans as well!

2500 West End Avenue, NashvilleI live across the street from the park on the Parthenon side,, I see A LOT that goes on from just what I see,,,FAR as the dogs,,and children being there,, I would Only come in the Day light,,And NOT when it just starts getting light! Because, There is a lot of people that roam in and out of the place,,And they are people living over there,seems not of drugs, and I see A lot of women in and out all hours of the night,,, They are getting into are building!!! Security Is Suppose To Be Watching things,,,They are sneaking in, where the Fire Alarms are Suppose to be on!! Just saying We get All that stuff coming are way,,I do see a lot of children with adults,parents ect,parking and taking them over to the play area being watched,, I haven't been into the park yet,, I see people with a few dogs, but mostly running with them are very fast walking,, I know there is suppose to be a dog park but what area I'm not sure,, Like Everything Else in Nashville,,, Scary and be awary,, But, I feel things will be good in the day time,, But Not at dark,,are getting dark,,,, Nashville tn, Is ranked #1 in the USA in crime ,,,, Thats saying a lot,,,,

Shelby Ave & S. 20th Street, NashvilleReally great dog park with water fountain, tons of open space and shade, benches everywhere, and a pavilion shelter. Always tons of toys and balls just hanging around. Everyone is lovely and it's such a community feel. Only drawback is no human water fountain, but there is one just in front of the community center next door.

Edwin Warner Dog Park
50 Vaughn Road, NashvilleNice big park; however, be careful of some owners who let their dog (s) fight. My dog was enjoying the park with other dogs 5/29/2026 mid morning. An older woman came in with her 5 dogs, 2 of which appeared to be huskies and the other 3 were small dogs. One of the huskies attacked my dog. She never apologized or asked how my dog was doing--it was very traumatic for our dog and us. Apparently, this is the same woman who walks her dogs in the park unleashed. I approached her and let her know that her dog was dangerous--she didn't deny it. I demanded that she leave the park and she did after I continued to insist her exit. Keep an eye out for this woman because it seems that she knows her dog is dangerous and apparently this has happened before. You have every right to ask her to leave.
