“Brandon deserves a raise!! Yesterday I purchased a replacement head for my Ego trimmer from Ace Hardware in Pigeon Forge. After I took it home, I had trouble removing the old one. I called the store and Brandon said he could help me. When I returned to the store with my trimmer, Brandon was nice, patient and was able to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. He went above and beyond for me. I will be returning to this Pigeon Forge Ace Hardware location for future purchases solely because of Brandon's excellent Customer Service!! Also, I asked him what I owed him for helping me, he said I didn't owe him anything. This Above and Beyond Customer Service is Very Rare these days!! Thank you, Brandon!! “Great store! So much variety of products. Books, candy, home goods, sodas, candles, toys and games, etc. It did confuse me the next morning when I had a bank transaction from True Value Hardware!

“Decades of down-home friendly, knowledgeable service. Any time we have popped in for odds & ends over the years, they aways have what we need...tools, nails & screws of course, a bi-directional tree saw, a snow disk, a trowel & flower pot, potting soil, a hammer, a rope, an S-hook for a parachute hammock, Christmas tree bulbs & lights, barbeque coals, de-icing salt, an ice scraper, bird seed, canopy stakes, etc. Being a long-time local mom & pop business, they are a great source of information about who carries other items in town and the latest goings on. We moved away, but we still end up at the hardware store when we visit. It's like coming home again.”
