“This motel is by far the cleanest and most up kept motel we have ever stayed in and we have traveled and vacationed for many years. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and the people there are very helpful and kind. The rooms are one hundred percent sanitary and clean, the linins are astonishing, so comfortable and the whole place smells wonderful! Kudos to the owners, the employees and all who take their time to keep it looking, smelling and feeling awesome!”

“Highly recommend this hotel! Staff at the desk was extremely attentive and kind, even allowed us to reheat some food and use plates for a quick make shift dinner after a long day on the road. The rooms were spacious, big, and clean. WiFi would be my only issue-wasn’t fast or easily accessible. Breakfast was great with some higher quality options than your normal hotel food”

“I stayed at Microtel for a week while working in the area, and overall I had a great experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was, especially since the hotel is a little older. I'm very picky about where I stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
The staff was constantly cleaning and working hard to keep the property nice. I did ask housekeeping to sweep the bathroom while we were out working, and it wasn't done when we returned. I'm sure she was busy or may not have understood my request.
The location was great, and I always felt safe during my stay. Don't let the appearance of the parking lot fool you—the hotel itself is much cleaner than it looks from the outside. In the evenings, many of the workers staying at the hotel gather under the gazebo, which can make it seem like a party atmosphere, but everyone was respectful.
My only concern is the gazebo itself. The wood is badly rotted, and my foot actually went through part of it. I believe it should be repaired or blocked off until it can be fixed for safety reasons.
Overall, the cleanliness and friendly staff made this an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel beat my expectations. Newly renovated rooms and public areas, clean outdoor pool, a great variety of options for breakfast, and friendly staff. This is the first hotel I've been to in a while where the shower pressure was noticeably good! If you're here for a shot time or a long term stay, this is the place to book. The area also felt very safe which was super important for me. Plenty of places within driving distance as well!”

“Gas station next door with a cheaters chicken Mexican across the road was amazing the rooms are clean service has been great so far beds are comfy showers super hot waiting to see how breakfast is but service has been very helpful with local stuff what's within walking distance and such”

Affordable, the staff is great , the rooms are spotless and its perfect for long stays.

“The facility itself is in dire need of a remodel. In the room I stayed in specifically, the bathrrom fan was inoperable, refrigerator ice maker did not work, vent fan for cooktop and light did not work, living room TV color was WAYYY off and could not be remedied no matter what was done in settings.

Breakfast was standard fare for free options with limited warm offerings.

Exercise room was bare bones minimum with dunbbells and bench, treadmill and elliptical. Elliptical was inoperable for the entire month I stayed there.

With all that said, the PEOPLE that worked there genuinely seemed to care! Carol at the front desk was absolutely amazing, housekeeping was great, other front desk employees and support staff were wonderful.

Give the place a sorely needed remodel and I'd easily stay there each and every time I came to Memphis area.”

I am not writing this review because I spend one night here but I am write to make aware other people 1 and 2 star all reviews are fake reviews because
Small problems might be there but they expressed more emotionally mostly if you look at the life in general,all have too much problems in life who just freaking out for small thing
Life is full with problems but if you don’t see 10 million good things in hotel
Or in places or in person but only 1 small thing all point out so please please
Come and stay in this hotel best hotel to stay in Memphis so please never look at bad reviews please just come and small

Solve immediately and never have problems but this is 10 star hotel but we can not rate more then 5 star so let’s count the 10 star from me please , come and you will never disappoint

Walkability: All in walking distance

“For years we've traveled and stayed in Hotels. Our number 1 hotel has been Hampton Inn, it has always been well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. A place we could trust. Until today. This Hampton inn reminded me of a run down Hotel 6. Damaged furniture, musty damp room smell, old torn door Matts, beat up furniture, and lacked a good cleaning and I could go on and on. Very, very disappointing. It maybe time to look into something else. We will avoid this Hampton in the future.”

“I had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Memphis! Deanna greeted us so warmly during check-in and made us feel right at home with a sweet “hope you enjoy your stay.” She even introduced us to some Kool-Aid peaches, which were totally new to me and my sister since we’re not from Memphis — and they were SO juicy and delicious lol!

Ms. LeAnn at the front desk was amazing as well. Both ladies welcomed us with open arms and made our entire stay feel special. The customer service was top tier and everything about the stay was wonderful. I will definitely be booking this hotel EVERY time I come to Memphis. Thank you all again for such great hospitality!”

“The friendly employees here make this a good place. Our room was clean when we checked in, but we’ve been here a few weeks for my husband’s work & I have to ask for more towels, the trash to be taken & the floor to be vacuumed-everything I ask for is done cheerfully though. The tub faucet leaks and there are lights in the room that don’t work.

BUT the front desk and breakfast crew are amazing. We would have moved hotels weeks ago if it weren’t for Ms. Betty.”
