He’s an excellent representation of what you guys seek in an employee regarding their interpersonal communication, skills, and their ability to bring in revenue! I have never seen anything like it and I’ve been in sales for over 20 years!
I would hire him in a heartbeat so, be careful! He was literally helping me with my problem, while selling me two different items I did not come in there to buy and doing the exact same thing with two other people! And, no one felt frustrated unattended to or mistreated, in fact, everyone really really enjoyed his company! I hope you guys value him and don’t just give him a pat on the back, but I hope you guys show him your appreciation monetarily… There are other companies out there that will if you guys don’t!”

“Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.”

“I went into the store on a day that the systems were down. The rep in-store was awesome. Although, no purchases could be made, she sold me on a new phone without using their systems. I go back into the location this morning and again I was greeted with the same enthusiasm by the rep on duty. I had the chance to not only get a new phone with accessories, I was able to share some knowledge with the rep who is the store manager and chat with the district manager. Ranging from Samsung, Motorola and many more. He decided to go with the Samsung and the $30 plan. He also purchased the screen protector, case. This was a good experience with cricket today.”

I’ve been apart of boost with them at this location for about four or five years now and I almost lost my old phone number because I had multiple phones and he made sure he stayed on the phone and connect to me with someone that took over 30 minutes just to help me out So I didn’t lose my phone number and all my stuff, I would highly suggest this location for a boost! Always fast and In-N-Out doesn’t take long at all up there with any problems!! ?”
