“Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.”

“I went into the store on a day that the systems were down. The rep in-store was awesome. Although, no purchases could be made, she sold me on a new phone without using their systems. I go back into the location this morning and again I was greeted with the same enthusiasm by the rep on duty. I had the chance to not only get a new phone with accessories, I was able to share some knowledge with the rep who is the store manager and chat with the district manager. Great customer service and wonderful shopping experience! ❤️”

“Every time I go there, he’s always nice and helpful. I’ve been apart of boost with them at this location for about four or five years now and I almost lost my old phone number because I had multiple phones and he made sure he stayed on the phone and connect to me with someone that took over 30 minutes just to help me out So I didn’t lose my phone number and all my stuff, I would highly suggest this location for a boost! Always fast and In-N-Out doesn’t take long at all up there with any problems!! ?”
“My iPhone evidently had a major nervous breakdown. It was randomly grabbing various screenshots, from everything on my phone, and sliding them quickly across the screen nonstop. No one had seen this before, however Kaland was able to work around it and transferred my data to a new phone. I appreciate her time and effort to overcome this crazy problem that had everyone I showed it to baffled !”

“Store itself is fine but being charged $20 for a late fee because somethings wrong w/auto pay & the fact that I’ve been a Loyal Customer for 23 plus years & have multiple lines with you. I really take issue with the fact that I have never gotten any discounts on new phones which are only available for new customers. I do understand why but you would think after an amount of time there would be some consideration for the more loyal, proven not to mention reliable Customer’s. Thanks for letting me vent however would be more grateful to get a new phone discount.”

“We were looking for internet and tv service with dvr capability to replace our current provider as they were hard to deal with, they did not deliver the advertised internet speed and were grossly overpriced. Lisa the AT&T representative addressed all of our needs and solved every issue we were having with our old provider. I can not say enough how awesome Lisa was in helping us and now we are looking forward to our new internet/tv/dvr setup with AT&T.”
