“Today was my first day going into a Hollywood Feed store. Walking into the store I was freaking amazed at the cleanliness and organization. Totally different from a store I went prior to this one. It felt like Christmas in June for a new little family member Bubbz. Taylor greeted me with such great energy. I will never forget him because that type of service is very rare these days. Taylor also signed me up for the store rewards points as well as offered me the checklist and invited me to return with Bubbz. I have never felt so seen. I’ve never felt so heard. It was intended for me to go to that store because I needed the feeling of kindness and love. Thanks Taylor for being so so kind.”

“I came in as they were closing. I told them that all I needed was bird food. The employee smiled, pointed me to it and took care of me. This was all during the snow storm. Thank you! My birds thank you as well!”
“Great service and store is always organized well. The checkout lines are prompt and usually most items are in stock. Getting in and out of the parking lot is busy but it usually clears out with no issue. The garden center outside is a great addition and is a section to visit if you need something other stores might not have. Check out their flock of birds when they come in and you will score a deal. Skip the delivery process for now if you order online until things improve as I have had issues with same/next day delivery. In store pickup is the better option. In person and loading up a cart is a breeze.”

“Bring my dogs here for just the bath package that includes nail trimming and always have a wonderful experience. My dogs are a bonded pair that do better when kept together and Pet Styles is always very accommodating making it less stressful for my pups. They always leave happy, smelling good, and with the cutest little bandanas or bows on. 5/5 would recommend.”
“Had a great experince, our dog was very well taken care of! Our groomer, spike, was very professional and knowledgeable, he took such great care of our dog who is blind so she's always alert and startled easy, but she was calm, in great hands and couldn't have been happier after her care!”
