“From the front door, my pup and I were greeted with excellent customer service. Every staff member that we passed in the store was helpful and friendly. We were there to give our puppy a bath, the area/room was super clean. Staff provided thorough instructions and the cost was super reasonable. We will be returning soon.❤”

“I take my baby here every year for his birthday, and it’s been our tradition for the past three years. The staff is always so sweet from the moment we walk in, and they greet my fur baby with a treat every single time, which he absolutely loves.
Every visit, I spoil my baby with their custom-made treats and “bougie” toys. It is a little pricey, but if you love your fur baby, it’s definitely worth it. You can tell the treats are made fresh in-house—the smell of baked goods hits you as soon as you walk in.
Teddy approves this place, and I’m sure your fur baby will too!”
“So helpful! I came in looking for a washable diaper for my dog who had a UTI. Oscar assisted me. He spent a lot of time with me encouraging me to to seek further treatment options. He specifically recommended a Veterinary practice that I was able to go to two days later and discovered the actual cause of the problem. I had been to our long time vet who was not helpful. Oscar was reassuring, listened attentively and gave sound advice on how best to move forward without going outside his lane in retail. I returned after my appointment to pick up more supplies and was able to share the good news that my dog did not have bladder cancer as was feared, and he joined me in my relief. I would return to Hollywood Feed so Oscar could help anytime. I highly recommend Hollywood Feed, and I also recommend you ask for Oscar to assist.”

“This is by far THE BEST feed store in the city. I have been coming there for years. The cashier is so helpful. Cool owners. What ever I need they have! Good prices and many different good brand dog food that they have put me on. They supply MEMPHIS very well especially in the winter, it be hay everywhere. No shade to the other feed store but they always out of something. Leatherman's for the win!! :)”

“I just bought a canister filter at Meijer with this company name on the box. I don't know if it's still the same company but it was a very affordable filter and seems to be doing as good of a job as anything for 20 gallon tank. They were actually running a sale so I bought two filters.”
“Great service and store is always organized well. The checkout lines are prompt and usually most items are in stock. Getting in and out of the parking lot is busy but it usually clears out with no issue. The garden center outside is a great addition and is a section to visit if you need something other stores might not have. Check out their flock of birds when they come in and you will score a deal. Skip the delivery process for now if you order online until things improve as I have had issues with same/next day delivery. In store pickup is the better option. In person and loading up a cart is a breeze.”
“Always has the dog and cat food for our pets. But also a great place to catch clearance sales on toys, food, treats, etc. Convenient too when we go for a Costco run as it is within the same center.”

“My husband and I went in today and as we are checking out - my husband saw my favorite candy -Peach Rings. He grabbed a bag but they were not a flavor I like. We asked the cashier and he quickly called someone in the back and asked him to look- sadly he couldn’t find any. We checked out, thanked the gentleman for his efforts and out the door we went. To our surprise a young lady came to the doors shouting WE FOUND YOUR PEACH RINGS!!
My husband said we would be back in as soon as we loaded our truck. All of the sudden a young man brought a bag of peach rings out to our truck and said they were on him. Y’all!!! The customer service is out of this world and I will gladly drive from Southaven to Olive Brach to shop with your outstanding employees!! Thank you!!!”
“They are very good, but my pet’s ear got a small cut during the haircut. They checked it right away, treated it with the doctor, and even gave a free haircut. Everything is fine now. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars. I’ve been going there every 3 months.”
