“I stopped in a few weeks ago to buy some ladies rain boots. I couldn't find them and was immediately assisted by a friendly, helpful employee (whose name I didn't catch). When I was paying, I tried to use a coupon on my phone that I had received in email after joining DSW's online email list. For some reason, the coupon wasn't working (not the store's fault). The lady at the cash register (Precious) went through a lot of steps to make it work. She succeeded, and I got 10% off my purchase. I'm a little hard of hearing and I kept asking her to repeat herself. She was extremely patient with me, which I really appreciated. It's so nice in this day and age to experience such great customer service. Thanks, DSW!”

“We've come here multiple times for shoes because of the variety is better than Walmart. The prices aren't too bad especially if you can find your size in clearance. They have a decent clearance section. Lots of women's size 6 oddly.”
“SHOUT OUT TO THE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN WHO WAS WORKING AT ANTHROPOLOGIE IN GERMANTOWN ON THIS MORNING ????? My mom and I visited because she had a return, and everyone was so nice and helpful. That was my first time inside the store and I just fell in Love with everything. They have such beautiful and one of a kind pieces as well as beautiful decor that would look beautiful in any home. We walked around browsing at all the Beautiful things and we also got to talk with this really sweet young lady who does the decor for the store. She was so great to talk to and also showed us a beautiful piece she was working on in the window. They seem to have a really great team for I'm all about Amazing customer service. “I had placed an Loft order online for the 1st time and my Leggings ended up way to big so decided I'd call them to find out if they had a smaller size in what I had received. They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone. So I planned to make my trip to the Loft. Upon arriving someone was happy to help me with my return & making sure I found the perfect size I would need. I even ended up buying another pair of jeans and a pair of pants. All for a great price too. I'm very pleased with my visit and will definitely return. Highly recommended.”

“Long overdue review, but this place is wonderful. I am very picky on running shoes and I was well taken care of here by the patient staff. They even invited me to their running club when I enquired about local running groups. While I was there, the staff also were patiently helping an older woman with foot issues and ensuring she got the right shoes for her needs. Great store if you’re looking for supportive shoes!”
