I have been in sales for many years and can count on one hand the times an owner called me on a weekend to make it right. But this is the solid character of Ax Arms ownership. When I am in the market for B&T firearms and accessories, they will be my only stop. They are a Class act!!”

“Chad is absolutely fantastic! Professional, personable, and so laid-back that he instantly puts you at ease. He takes his time, pays attention to every detail, and makes sure you have everything you need. The level of customer service he provides is getting harder and harder to find these days.
The real plot twist? His hands are unbelievably steady. At one point I started wondering if he was secretly a surgeon in another life…or maybe he’s a surgeon in this life and just moonlights here for fun! 😂 Precision, patience, and skill all rolled into one. If you’re lucky enough to get Chad, you’re in excellent hands…literally!”

They had some star of the art tech too. As a business owner, I loved that their concern was ME, not whether the amount of time they were spending was unprofitable (as long as it took it probably wasn’t), They wanted it to be right. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help without ever being pushy. They take the time to understand your needs and make sure you leave with the right equipment, never trying to oversell you.
What really sets them apart is their commitment to quality service. They offer fair prices, which is rare for specialty shops, and they even have a paddle/racquet demo program to ensure you get exactly what you want and need. I also love the court in the back of the store, which makes testing equipment so much easier.

“We love the Aeropostal store in the Wolfchase Galleria. We always have. We have been fans for years and years. Even if it were to go out of style we would STILL be wearing their products. The quality is nice and lasts through the years. It even holds up to the super active lifestyles of children. Jeans, jackets, shirts, sweats....we Love their products. They are great for school days, casual home days, out and about.... No matter the scene, this company has very cute, high quality products. “This Bass Pro Shops in Memphis is an awesome place ????. Huge parking lot ??, easy access from the road ?️, and the whole place immediately gives you that classic outdoor adventure atmosphere ???️.
Inside, everything looks very clean and well designed ✨?. The store has that signature Bass Pro feeling with fishing gear ??, hunting equipment ??, camping supplies ⛺, boats ?, and all kinds of outdoor products. Even if you don’t plan to buy anything, it’s still fun just to walk around and explore ??.
The atmosphere here feels warm and cozy ??. It almost feels like a giant lodge in the middle of the wilderness ??. The lighting, decorations, and overall design make the place feel much more special than an ordinary store ✨?.
The staff were friendly and helpful ??, and overall the entire visit was very enjoyable.

We prob looked like fishing hillbillies because of our fishing hats we had on , but very nice people and they asked if I wanted and stiching on my braves hat, never seen that before, now I wanna drive back 120 miles to get my braves hat stitched up!!”

“Today's Valentine's Day and when I say we felt the love walking into this store. We were greeted by Latonya Moore and Des Woods, they were both very professional, funny, nice, engaging with us, asking all the questions like we were family. My son won the raffle for the Jordan 6s (so Happy Vday from me to him) and this is actually my 2nd time coming into this store but these two ladies working I know Ill be shopping more from this location. Wasn't busy at all, we were in and out! They made sure to let me know not to keep the survey on the kiosk and how important it is for each customer to participate. I always skip them but today I wanted to go the Extra Mile and make sure we shouted them out, thank you both again Des and Latonya!!”

“What started as a bad experience with a Dicks online order turned positive with two employees at this store. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my kids and both were incorrect (one shoe was a different size that the other in the same pair), being the day before school starts this was horrible. When we entered (8/2/26 5:30pm) the store we were met by a lady who I assume was store security or the manager (she was so nice and wonderful to work with, extremely polite and professional), she held the shoes while we went to find the correct sizes. We found the shoes and requested the sizes via the kiosk, waited about 15 mins then asked someone for help, he entered the request in the kiosk again, we waited about 30 mins this time but never received the shoes.. (given this was the day before school started & tax free weekend it was packed and a little hectic) after we waited we needed to leave because we had a 2.5hr drive home.. with disappointed kids we headed for the door to get our shoes and request a refund. BUT as we approached the door the same smiling, polite & professional lady who greeted us saw we were empty handed. I explained what had happened and she jumped into action (customer satisfaction was her mission) calling a man who I believe was another manager or maybe shoe dept lead, he had seen us in the shoe dept and also knew we had been there for about an hour but didn’t realize we hadn’t been helped. We showed him the shoes that had been delivered and explained the situation that had taken place, he took off to the back and came back within mins with the replacements also ensuring our sales price from online was met. I wish I had gotten both of there names because they both deserve recognition for such outstanding customer relations and satisfaction. Thank you for turning this situation around and ensuring our kids had new kicks for school tomorrow!!”
