“I see some negative reviews here and I just don't understand... Are they real reviews? Is it someone who is mad because they were denied a loan? I have used Pinnacle Bank for several years and the service they provide is the best I've seen.”
“So Saturday December 20th some angry old man started yelling at the tellers and when Miss jasmine (im assuming the manager) came and tried to calm him down and help him he got even more irate. To the point where I almost stepped in but Miss jasmine as well as her tellers handled the situation as professional as possible. I couldn’t have stayed that calm. He wanted a very large amount of cash and even I know you have to call them in advance and let them know. This isn’t the movies where the bank has a vault with millions of dollars and gold bars. Anyway seeing jasmine handling this old fart so professionally has got me coming to her branch in Madison to open up a bank account with regions. Complete professionalism at its finest and she didn’t let this man ruin her day. Nothing but respect for her and the rest of the employees. That’s how you run a business and handle irate customers!!!! Nicely done jasmine

“This is my favorite bank ever. Very “small town” feel, same people working there and they actually interact and remember me when I come in. I was waiting for the clerk to get back to me on something and was asked by 3 different employees if they could help me, even offered to make me coffee. Very attentive and willing to take care of their customers!”

“One of the most convenient places in greater Nashville to access BOA ATMs. It’s easy on and off the main highway. They have two drive thru machines and one walk up. The machines are installed at a sensible height for smaller cars and higher vehicles. Machines are newer generations with big, bright screens. Feels safe and well-lit.”
“I like going here because the hours are extended until 7pm weekdays and 10am- 4pm on Saturdays. I have always received helpful, polite service at this branch. There isn't usually a long line. There's a chair to sit in which helps me as a disabled person. I prefer this branch for convenience and great service!❤️”
“I've been to a few other locations and this by far is my favorite. I love the bankers here, they're so nice and professional. Never once seen any disrespect. They go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Thee only bank I enjoy banking with and thee only location I choose. Mandi is awesome she fixed my problem other locations refused to help me with in less than 24hrs. The negative reviews are most likely the same entitled people who do not know how to act in public bc they go above and beyond.”
“Absolutely love this bank. Been a member for over 13 years out of Collierville, Tn. So glad they have grown & are in other areas & states. I travel & have family in Nashville, too. On my way to Nashville believe I lost my debit card. Called while driving ( hands free) & was immediately connected to a live person in the USA. Called my banker in Collierville & she canceled card & said I could go to a branch in Nashville to get a replacement quicker than waiting the 7 days. Showed up the next day in Goodletsville & the teller was so exceptionally nice( had granddaughter asleep in car). They made my card & brought it out to me you dont get that service from the "bigger banks" ever.”
