“I was a little sad to see work was late time after time at no fault to Daniel and the manager was great to work with. They went above time and time again. I think I had the worst luck because my trk sit on their lot for a week before it went back my cs rep left the company. Parts was hard to get. If I had to redo it over (i would) i take my truck to car shows to show it off i want to thank everyone who worked on it”

“I got my car back they had thrown away the pices that went under the hood . The front quarter panel was cracked. I had to take it back in they had to order the parts that were thrown away. They did replace the front quarter panel but chiped another part of my car and would not replace it and it wasn't broken when I took it in there. Would not recommend them. If you do take your car there take pictures of everything and check everything as soon as you get it back.
I wanted to up date my review because they got back in touch with me and replace the broken part. They did it fast. Thank you”

“I was driving through Tennessee during a thunderstorm and my Toyota rav4 hydroplaned on the freeway. It was the scariest sht ever and I literally almost died. Something was off with my car after that so I drove to the closest toyota which was this one. The service people were very friendly, helpful, and understanding and they did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue (my exhaust pipe was hanging from the engine) for free. I am really grateful for their help. No offense but this town is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing here so I would've been sick if i was stuck here any longer”
“We found this place right off the interstate heading towards Knoxville when our car notified us that we were losing air quickly in our back driver-side tire.
Everyone here was friendly and happy to help. They fixed our tire and we were back on our trip in less than thirty minutes.
