“Great experienced service. Our salesman really knew his product. They did not have the mattress that we went in for in stock, but he gave us the next best at the same price. We picked our mattress up this afternoon. We are very satisfied; we will be back when we need our next mattress. We even purchased new sheets and mattress protection.”

“I have been doing business with this store for over 30 years. Recently my husband had total knee replacement surgery and when we came home it was evident there was not a chair in our house he was going to be able to get out of, after sitting down. I went to Stewart Williams to look for a lift chair, this was a Tuesday afternoon about 3:00 PM. There were several on display and the prices had been reduced. I found the chair I wanted and had it paid for within 15 minutes of entering the store. I explained about my husband's surgery and the need for this to be delivered to my house, which was close to the store, as soon as possible. Joe said he would call me by 4:00 PM to let me know when it could be delivered. At 3:45 PM the delivery guys, great folks by the way, were at my door with the new lift chair. Thank you to Joe and the staff at Stewart Williams for being there in our time of need.”

It’s been a real pleasure to purchase over $15k furniture from them this spring. Dealed with Austin in particular, but everyone has been extremely friendly, yet professional, and the shop itself proved to be my number one choice for future projects. The timeliness of the deliveries, the price deals, overall the whole experience with Price Point has been 5 stars. Unlike other big competitors names, I’d rather give the business to a smaller shop where I’m not treated like a credit card. “I have gotten a washer and dryer delivered today by a gentleman through the Gallatin Road Madison branch. I was very impressed because I did not expect my delivery due to the snowy conditions. The gentleman who delivered was amazing and outstanding my driveway is about a quarter of a mile uphill and because of the weather he parked at the bottom of my driveway and hauled them up the hill in the snow and mud. I have to praise him for all he did for us. He was very pleasant to speak with and was very polite. He treated my home with respect. He was just all around an amazing person. You guys have gone above and beyond and he deserves a raise for what he did for me today. You have an amazing gentleman working for you guys. Thank you guys for making my delivery today in this crappy weather and a big thank you to our delivery driver... he was outstanding and I made sure to call and inform you guys of his hard work.”
