“I love ACE hardware but Potter's Ace really made me feel bad today. I went there to get some rock salt for my water filter and I mentioned that I was a stroke survivor and I needed assistance. I was given a lecture about how I shouldn't be driving because I am a stroke survivor. Not that it was any of her business but I and my doctor know what I'm capable of doing. Being a former CNA this lady is not a doctor and I shouldn't have been exposed to this. Please do better in the future”

My Hospice company was holding a Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans event at a neighboring park. The workers were playing their music enjoying their day, however it caused us to not to be able to hear our speakers due to the sound system we had.
I called over there and spoke with Ms. Stephanie and y’all they turned the music off so we could hear. How sweet! How respectful! It truly meant a lot to us and the Veterans who were attending.

“I was unaware of the jetter for unclogging sewer pipes until l talked with Justin who schooled me on how it works with our gas pressure washer. We use it as a monthly maintenance sewer cleaning tool and we love it.”

“Good prices good employees — helpful and friendly. Stopped in the other day and the employees were out on the floor and very helpful. Don’t know if it was because of their sale or not but haven’t seen so many employees out to provide the great customer service they were that day. Didn’t have to hunt anyone down to ask a question.”
