“I love ACE hardware but Potter's Ace really made me feel bad today. I went there to get some rock salt for my water filter and I mentioned that I was a stroke survivor and I needed assistance. I was given a lecture about how I shouldn't be driving because I am a stroke survivor. Not that it was any of her business but I and my doctor know what I'm capable of doing. Being a former CNA this lady is not a doctor and I shouldn't have been exposed to this. Please do better in the future”

My Hospice company was holding a Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans event at a neighboring park. The workers were playing their music enjoying their day, however it caused us to not to be able to hear our speakers due to the sound system we had.
I called over there and spoke with Ms. Stephanie and y’all they turned the music off so we could hear. How sweet! How respectful! It truly meant a lot to us and the Veterans who were attending.

“8/16/26: Update. Still my favorite Harbor Freight but the female manager that was working on the day I was the rudest most hateful HF employee I have ever had to deal with, at ANY location. I will go back but hopefully she won't be there, or at least be in a better mod.
This has always been and still is my favorite Harbor Freight location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Always well stocked.”
