“I’ve visited Istorage property on Central several times, and I’ve noticed that Charrissa Vaughn is always there working hard to keep the place clean and safe. I feel much more comfortable when she’s on the property, and it looks better than it has in a long time. One day I heard her speaking with someone who had been staying on the property, and they were genuinely grateful for the information she shared about getting into housing and helping themselves.
Charrissa is humble, direct, and has a heart of gold. Her job isn’t easy, but she handles it with strength and respect, even when dealing with people who can be difficult. She treats everyone with dignity and still gets her work done exceptionally well.
I truly believe that Charrissa Fetters would make an excellent area manager.”

“If you need a climate controlled storage unit, just go to Big Orange Storage at 6770 Malone Creek Drive. I had storage units at another storage place which had water damage. I came to Big Orange Storage where Cody and Susan went out of their way to help me secure wonderful new units very quickly. Their facility is huge, spotless, and very reasonably priced. In addition, you will be treated like a friend as soon as you walk in the door. I have never been treated better anywhere. The entire team, Susan, Cody, Steven, and Riley, is wonderful! I highly recommend Big Orange Storage at Malone Creek Drive.”

Picked up my 5th wheel today and even though I turned off the battery with the disconnect the battery was dead. They helped me jump the battery but it was so dead it couldn’t be jumped. He taught me a cool trick and jumped my generator directly.
He did more favors too. Tried to pay him or tip him. He wouldn’t take a dime.
From the day we started storing our rig there we have had a great experience! I highly recommend Man Cave Indoor storage!”
