“I had a self-inflicted painting mishap on my 2021 Ram 1500. No matter how hard I tried to fix it, I only made it worse.
Swallowing my pride I went to Pat Bowles for salvation. They were super nice and helpful, but the initial estimate was around $1800 which was less than I expected. Work was projected to take about a week.
After dropping the truck off I surprised to get a call saying the truck was ready that same afternoon. Seems the only damage I did was cover up the original paint without damaging it. With a lot of wet sanding and buffing they were able to return the finish.
Best part was the final bill was less than a third of the estimate and the rear panel shined like new.
I can't enough about their professionalism, honesty and fairness. they were super friendly and helpful. I think they were as excited about the outcome as I was.
Highly recommended. If I could give them more stars, I would.”

“Would recommend, had body work done at a different body shop earlier this year and Tristar was way better. They did a good job on the paint, they could just work on their communication a little. If I called and talked to someone they were very helpful, if I left a message it would be days before I got a call back.”

“I've been getting my tires and oil changes here and I want to say despite the times staffing is short or service times run longer than expected, these guys have a lot to deal with and do their best. I'm happy with the service they provide because the price is impossible to beat. It's clear they get a lot of business and that brings complaints. Be patient with these guys and see things from their perspective. Service can get almost as complicated as some of the people they have to deal with. Shout-out to James the ACC Coach who helped me with a claim at the counter for 30 mins while the store was melting down because Walmart staffing and scheduling seems to be a constant issue. He is clearly overworked and yet is so patient and tries his best to stay positive. Many thanks to the service crew. They are 5 stars. Walmart not equipping them enough for the demand that section of the store receives sadly takes a star down in my opinion. Not their fault.”
