“I have shopped at this store for several years. The stock is great and very little difficulty finding what I needed. However, their young staff aren't friendly at all. I n fact the young associate meandering by seafoods certainly chose who he saw valuable enough to ask if they needed help. He looked right past me and at me. I will leave it at that!!”

It's been a very long time since I was last there (like 3 yrs)Though it took me a little extra time to locate my items, but I was also saving on about every thing that I had purchased while I was shopping.The cashier was very nice and polite as well very attractive ???.I made her laugh by telling her that I couldn't spend more than $20.00 dollars for everything in my buggy!! And told her that the manger wanted me to tell her that "I get 50% off!!!" Of my purchase today???.”

Mostly only leaving a review because I needed to use the restroom in the store and you have the bigger bathrooms as employee only (which is fine) but then one of your employees went into the customer bathrooms by the doors. It's fine to have employee bathrooms but when there is only one stall in the guest bathroom, please don't use it since y'all have more options. Thanks.”

“I had the bakery make a Elsa princess dress cake for my grand daughters birthday. This cake was not only delicious but was gorgeous. I also want to add this was a crazy busy day when snow was in the forecast and one of the bakery chefs was the absolute sweetest. She acted as excited about making it as was about it. “I was in Hendersonville on Sunday 6/11 and found a screw in my tire around 2pm. I googled 8 tire shops in the area but only 2 were open. The other shop closed at 4pm. They could repair the tire but my car would not be ready until noon the next day. I had planned to leave the area at 8am on Monday for a 9 hour drive back to NC. I somewhat reluctantely drove to Walmart to check my options. They were open until 6pm and had time to repair my tire that afternoon. The repair held up for my drive and for the following week before I could get new tires (tread was low anyway). Overall very pleased with the way things turned out.”
“Kroger pickup has a long way to go for whatever reason half the items that they sell in the store are not available online. In the past we have gotten a message for any Cuts or substitutions and now you may not hear anything until they come up to your window it would be very nice of the groceries and had those sitting in your car melting everywhere”

“Have gone to this location several times and they always have plenty of stock right now they're doing a bit of renovation near the freezer section but that didn't stop them from having good service and having everything that you would need to shop for”
“The manager, Rachel is such a nice change from previous management!! She's so sweet and friendly. Employees also have better customer service...it's very much appreciated! And just having read some of these 1 star reviews, I realize that having grammar and writing skills have gone out the window...especially when you can't understand what you've read. Yikes!”
