“My husband and I visited this Walmart supercenter looking for Sam’s Choice gluten-free bread. We took the last one on the shelf and asked an employee if she could see if there was any stored in the back. The employee got another employee named Andrew, who was most gracious to go to the back, since his computer was showing there was still 5 loaves available. When he came back, he apologized profusely that he could not find any more.
It is very rare for someone to go above and beyond, and I hope he will be recognized for the great service he provided. His smile was very engaging and was very personable.

“I have been in a 2 month battle with Verizon that began with a simple trade in promo deal at the local store in Tuscaloosa, AL. Since that time, have spent 6+ hours on phone with offshore support trying to resolve as a Verizon issue on the trade in phone was preventing the promotion from being applied. Nobody could or would help, the problem wouldn't go away, and or claim responsibility for an issue that was entirely of Verizon's doing. Finally, out of desperation, I went into this branch where I reside and asked to speak to Tim, the store manager. After explaining the months long odyssey, he jumped into action. Not only did he engage with Verizon, he followed up with me several days later as he promised and was able to work with overseas support to finally resolve the issue and reinstate our promo, which was worth $800. In a large corporate world that is Verizon, reminder there are those who want and can help and appreciate Tim's dedication to helping resolve a matter he had nothing to do with from the start.”
